Pros: We had a great stay! The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with throughout our entire stay. The location was excellent – in a quiet area, but only about a 20-minute walk to the center of Kotor. There’s a shop and a bakery nearby, and a promenade just two minutes from the apartment. Parking was available right next to the apartment, which was very convenient. Highly recommended!

Pros: The apartment is perfect for two couples. Parking is available in front of the entrance. A nice little restaurant serving breakfast and lunch is a 2-minute walk away, as is a shop. Very clean. A 10-minute walk to the center.

Pros: Everything. Host Milo was very sincere and friendly, he offered advice on our trip planning. The facilities were clean, spacious and comfortable. Parking lot was safe and convenient.

Pros: We are a family of four with two teenage sons. We had plenty of space in the apartment and out at the table on the balcony. Milos was a great host and met us in arrival and showed us our parking spot (which was a must have item given how difficult parking is to find in the area). The a/c was working fine and everything was clean and comfortable. The apartment is in a great location in Dobrota, a very short walk to the water and a beach bar, with shops and a bakery a short walk in the opposite direction). Kotor Old Town was a 20 minute stroll along the lakeside past numerous restaurants and bars. I would not recommend doing much driving in Dobrota/Kotor as the traffic was constantly snarled up while we were there due to it being peak tourist season and only one road in and out.

Pros: The apartment was good, very spacious even for 3 people, lovely balcony to chill in the evenings, and the location was the best part, beach was 1 minute away, and Kotor center was a nice 20 minutes walk through the sea side. Landlord was very helpful

Pros: Apartman je bio perfektan! Imao je sve sto nam je bilo potrebno, fen, peglu za ves, pa cak i ves masinu. Izuzetno je cist, a i komforan. Najvise nam se svidela terasica, ali i lokacija kuce, koja je od plaze udaljena svega 70-80m, a od supermarketa nekih 5-6min hoda, dok je od starog grada udaljena nekih 15-20min hoda. Na nekih 150m se nalazi najbolja pekara u ovom delu, kao i autobuska stanica. Domacin je uvek bio dostupan za pitanja i pomoc. Zaista smo prezadovoljne smestajem I toplo ga preporucujemo!

Pros: The apartment is in a great location, not far from the seafront. It is very spacious, amazingly clean and has everything you need, for a shorter or a longer visit. Everything is as in the pictures, and the house has its own parking spots, if you are coming with the car. Apartments are not too far from Kotor, so you can enjoy the best from both places.

Great accomodation

Pros: All the apartment was confortable and the view was great. Nice & cosy. The owner helped us with registration and all the info we need for our staying.

Cons: On the balcony is good to have an umbrella because of the powerful sun. On the lobby is good to have a hats hanger and a shoe shelf.
