Large very well maintained villa

Pros: The pool and the terrace above the pool were brilliant. We had a great time watching a storm in the distance, reading and even watching a movie with a magnificent view. The property is very large. Very well maintained. Owner was friendly and responsive

Cons: The road approaching the villa was narrow and a bit difficult to drive.

Pros: A fantastic villa, perfect for a family or group get-together. The owner is a lovely man - very approachable and helpful without being intrusive.

Cons: There are currently a lot of roadworks between the airport (and Kotor) and the villa leading to a lot of conjestion. (Due to finish early 2026, I believe.)

This villa exceeded our expectations as the space and comfort were the best we have had as a family group of 5 adults. T

Pros: The villa, pool, sauna and grounds were fantastic for our family group as we all had our own space. The kitchen was well equipped too and the drinking water coolers were extremely useful.

Cons: Everything was perfect for us.

Pros: We liked the location of the apartment, which was close to the towns of Budva and Kotor. The swimming pool was a good size and the water was warm enough to swim in, but not too warm to cool down comfortably on hot days.

Pros: Nice and friendly host (no communication problems). More than enough space for a quite big family (three bathrooms). Beautiful stone house (actually two separate buildings) with several patios. Very well equipped kitchen (actually two kitchens!) Kids enjoyed the pool a lot!

Cons: Not easy to get there (narrow and winding road) but it is typical for most Montenegro locations.

It really was perfect had a lovely time

Pros: Six of us together we could eat and socialise together but sitting rooms and patios for time separate too just a lovely space pool was wonder barbecues and steam room all perfect

Cons: To leave needed a car or taxi six of us so two cars cost us 50 euros a trip The lovely owners though gave free shuttle to and from airport

Pros: La villa e molto grande con strutture separate. Questo puo essere molto utile in caso di gruppi o famiglie numerose. Arredamento semplice ma c'e tutto cio che serve. Il proprietario ci ha accolto ed e molto simpatico.

Cons: Un po lontano dal centro.

Geweldig en plezierig

Pros: Alles, de accommodatie is compleet en we kwamen niks te kort. Plus punten: Rust, natuur, ruimte, faciliteiten, afstand naar Budva en Kotor, ect… Degene die opzoek naar een moment voor zichzelf en zijn gezin kan op dit accommodatie vinden.

Cons: Absoluut niks.

Pros: Der Platz in und rum um die Villa waren sehr gut. sehr bequeme Sonnenliegen am Pool. jedes Gebäude ausgestattet mit Klimaanlagen. 2 Küchen die sehr gut bestückt sind und keine Wünsche offen lassen. für unsere Reise mit 2 Kindern und 4 Freunden also 8 Personen insgesamt gab es mit Abstand genügend Platz überall. die Verständigung mit den Vermietern war herausragend und es wurde sich um alles gekümmert. Größere Orte um diese zu entdecken sind super zu erreichen und nur in maximal 30-40 Minuten zu erreichen Budva sogar in 20. Die Aussicht aus der Villa machen Tage am Pool sehr einzigartig. ebenfalls gibt es eine Saune die man frei nutzen kann.

Cons: ein hauchzarter Minus Punkt ist maximal der Weg zur Unterkunft. wer hier seinen inneren Lewis Hamilton raus holen will kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten :D allerdings macht die Aussicht auch einiges her also dieser Minus Punkt ist so hauch dünn das er für mich persönlich fast ein plus punkt war.

wspaniały odpoczynek

Pros: Bardzo udany pobyt. wymiana ręczników i pościeli podczas pobytu, praktycznie nieograniczony dostęp do wody mineralnej w dystrybutorach, sauna, przestronny czysty basen, grill. Czysto! Gospodarze przemili. Miejsce na uboczu, słychać cykady i pianie kogutów, ogród pełen owoców. Wspaniałe miejsce dla grupy znajomych. Bardzo dobre miejsce wypadowe dla osób z samochodem. Wprawdzie dojazd jest pod górę, ale po oswojeniu tej drogi nie była już taka straszna :). Gorąco polecamy.
