Pros: Picturesque view. Had everything you needed. Helpful and responsive host.

Peaceful waterfront stay with beautiful views, but blind need fixing

Pros: The location was lovely — about a 30-minute stroll to the Old Town along the water, which we really enjoyed. We didn’t mind being a bit outside of the Old Town since the area was peaceful, with a grocery store just down the street and a few restaurants along the water serving traditional Montenegrin food. The views were beautiful. We stayed in the top apartment with roof windows. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen (with a fridge) was useful. It was also great having the water right outside — you could lay down a towel or jump straight in for a swim whenever you wanted. The environment was quiet and laid-back, and there were even deck chairs in the courtyard that we could use. Instructions for the lockbox and check-in were clear and easy to follow, which made things very straightforward.

Cons: The only real downside was the blind in the bedroom. The spring was broken, so we couldn’t secure it properly and had to leave it open. We contacted the host — he did respond at first but didn’t fully understand, and after we explained again, we never got a reply again, which was disappointing. This meant the room was very bright early in the mornings, which wasn’t ideal. For anyone with accessibility issues, it’s also worth noting that the apartment is on the third floor with no lift, though this wasn’t a problem for us.

Just perfect , everything beautiful and comfortable.

Pros: The apartment was clean, super comfortable beds, full kitchen and everything very nice, facing the sea and close to the historic centre about 20 minutes walk.

Perfect beach location

Pros: Great terrace, including beach chairs and possibility to shower outside after swimming. The sea is just across the street so perfect location. Really good communication via WhatsApp with tons of advice for restaurants etc. we had a lovely time.

Cons: No real curtain to darken the room at night

If we could choose again we would choose it again because of the location and the atmosphere of the house.

Pros: The location of the apartment is very good: beautiful sea view, 20 minutes walk to the old town, half an hour walk to the bus station. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The whole place is very cosy - old-fashioned.

Cons: The yard and the furniture on the terrace were not clean. The floor in the rooms is very creaky.

A beautiful property in a stunning/quiet location.

Pros: The property was in a superb location; a 25 minute walk from the old town, with beautiful views out across the bay. The local shopping centre (Aroma) is a 5 minute walk, along with a really nice bar/restaurant (Platanus), and pharmacy if needed. Drago was incredibly helpful and provided lots of useful information, he also arranged transport from the airport for us, along with letting us check in slightly earlier. The property itself has a traditional feel, and we found it well equipped for the time we were there, the beds were comfortable and the apartment was well kept/clean.

Cons: The only thing that really bothered us was that we could hear the family in the apartment above, the floors are old and you can here them walking/stomping from one room to another, this went on until early hours and was quite loud/disturbing.

Pros: The location is wonderful, quite, peaceful, view is like painting. Apartment was pretty good and old historical building. Drago is very kind and gave the all information about home.

Perfect stay and location to discover Kotor

Pros: Beautiful place with a great view on the bay. The location is perfect. We were at the top floor and did not have any noises at night. The beds are comfy and it’s a perfect place to discover Kotor.

Pros: Beautiful house, good-sized apartment , very clean. Lovely owners. View there is breathtaking and is close enough to shops and restaurants, we can't wait to come back next year .

Pros: Everything about this property was brilliant, the hosts, location, facilities I don’t think anything can be changed to make it any better all was above and beyond
