Pros: It was very spacious, clean and new. The property is a stone’s throw from the beach and just a few minutes walk to a supermarket.

Cons: We could hear the neighbours from the upper floor playing music; thus, the sound isolation was poor. Also, the bedroom does not have an AC, so it could get rather hot during the night.

Pros: Very cosy new(ly refurbished) spacious apartment, perfect location very near to Kotor's main promenade but without noise and traffic of the centre. Bakery (with small shop open all day Sunday!) and good supermarket just few minutes away. Kitchen well equipped.

Cons: Apartment meets the description, so it's a matter of taste. It's on the second floor, so doesn't encourage you to use the terrace table much - and beware courtyard is shared with another flat. It's attic, so you can't enjoy the beautiful views hidden behind small windows, and can hit the ceiling corners in some places. Only minimal linen, just one sheet to cover so on cool nights it's not enough. Baby cot came without bedding. No floor or table rag to wipe the spills. No microwave. It's just small things, overall we felt very cosy and loved our stay.

Pros: Great location and it was in a gorgeous little alley way. Parking was great and the host met us and was very helpful. Short walk into town. Lovely area to stay. Great to be able to wash and everything you need is a short walk away.

Pros: Location of the place is around 30 minutes by walking to old town. And around 20 minutes by walking to a swimable beach. Towels, sheets and apartment was clean enough. There are restaurants, cafes and market just walking away. If you are travelling by car, it is a nice advantage to have a parking area just a 1-minute walk across the road. The host has welcomed us in person, checking in was easy. If you are arriving late, self check in was also possible.

Cons: While the living room has air conditioning, the bedroom does not, making it uncomfortable for 3 people to stay. Terrace floor is not comfortable in some areas that you can't stand up properly. There were 3 of us, and we stayed for 3 nights, but only 1 roll of toilet paper, 2 pillows were provided. There was no shampoo and no shower gel although it is mentioned that apartment has bathroom supplies. There was a coffee machine, but not even a single coffee capsule was available. It feels like the owner is overly sensitive to small costs. We made a last-minute booking for the following day, so we didn't have time, and other apartments were already booked. If you have time to browse other apartments earlier before your stay, I feel that you might find better places for the same price.

Pros: It is a brand new renovated appartement. Located in an traditional stone long existing house. All you need for any stay is available. The beach is only 3 min walk, same for a great beachclub where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, diner and can enter the calm sea. If you want to Kotor old city, it’s a easy stroll from the house. Only takes 15 min along the bay. We would book and stay again 🥰. The host is a very friendly man, who will send you instructions were you can park your car. ( very close to the house. Pros: Private parking across the main street is a big plus! Nice host who came to meet and explain everything we needed to know. Fairly good location near the promenade, restaurants and cafes nearby, walkable distance to city center. Apartment large, clean, well equipped

Pros: Дуже гарні апартаменти з новою технікою та меблями. Була посудомийка, пральна машина з капсулами для прання, кондиціонер, базовий посуд для готування. Апартаменти дуже близько до пляжу, хоча пляж це скоріше пристань зі сходами у воду, але там майже усюди так.

Cons: Єдиний мінус як на мене це те, що апартаменти за цілий тиждень не прибиралися. А коли попросили додаткові сміттєві пакети, нам їх так і не принесли, хоча і обіцяли зробити це.

Pros: Todo como en las fotos, muy limpio al lado de la playa, aunque es de roca , el centro histórico está a unos 20 min. por un paseo muy agradable al lado del mar.

Cons: Lo único que no me gusto , es que hay que pagar en efectivo, pero bueno al final nos hemos acostumbrado que en Montenegro en muchos sitios es así.

Pros: Lokalizacja jest idealna. Blisko do centrum Kotor. Do publicznej plaży z barem, prysznicami i WC jest kilka kroków. Plaża jest bezpieczna też dla dzieci. Promenada na wybrzeżu pozwala na długie spacery i posiada szeroki wybór restauracji. Dla aktywnych kilka kroków znajduje się wypożyczalnia rowerów a w pobliżu zaczyna się szlak turystyczny którym można wejść na pobliskie góry. Apartament jest w pełni wyposażony. My najczęściej używaliśmy pralkę , klimatyzację i wiatrak. Warto dodać że budynek jest świeżo po remoncie. Właściciele cały czas starają poprawiać pobyt gości. Kontakt z właścicielem wzorcowy. Wspaniały pobyt.
