Pros: The apartment is spacious with a decent sized balcony. The bathroom is spacious and very grateful for the washing machine (with powder provided) and the parking and the Air conditioning. Large shower cubicle.
Cons: The host was quite brusque in manner - perhaps it was end of the season fatigue? We were very disappointed in the view. I had enquired before booking and had been told there was a sea view... but this is blocked by overgrown trees. The pictures should be updated to reflect this. Ours was Apartment 2. Apartment 3 had views. Water pressure is low but adequate. The walk to the waterfront is quite tricky with footpath access often blocked by cars and broken pavements. Not the property's fault, but be aware if elderly or with children /buggy. Kitchen is adequate but only for the most basic meals as not bench space.

Love this place
Pros: 10/10. Love the place, it's so comfy, cosy and lovely! Bed was very big and comfortable, very clean and the view! Wow! Location was perfect -1 min from the little beach ( going across the main street) and some stairs down. Walking distance from Kotor. Owner was very friendly and charming and has very good English. Space for the car spacious enough and we haven't got any problem! I knew that main road was close to apparent. During the night we closed the window and turn on air-conditioning and it was really quiet! If I come back to beautiful Montenegro I would love to come back

Pros: Pristojan smeštaj, čist, jedinica u potkrovlju u kojoj smo odseli ima lepu terasicu sa pogledom na more i zidine Kotora. Udaljenost od starog grada oko 20 minuta hoda. Od obale u Dobroti minut.

Nice comfortabele stay!
Pros: The appartment is very nice and clean. There’s soap, shampoo and even washpowder. The airco in one bedroom and living room is working good so with the Doors open, the second bedroom has also a nice temperature. Zarko was very flexibel while we were ariving much later than expected. He helped us park our camper, because in front of the house was not possible. The street to the house is steep! We were on top Floor. View is very nice. You can walk with stairs to the sea! Nice part of the bay!
Cons: Balcony is a bit small, not a table to eat outside. Living room not very big, but we didn’t use it with 4 at the Same time, so not a big problem for us.

This is a place that you are never going to want to leave.
Pros: We were on the top floor with a beautiful view of Kotor, and we were right next to a great swimming spot. Definitely the best place to stay outside of Old Town. Zarko was also extremely helpful and kind, and even drove us to the bus station when we checked out which he did not have to do! The apartment was extremely clean and offered everything that we could want. We could not recommend this place more!
