Pros: Easy walk down to the beach and promenade. Great view from the balcony. Excellent service and helpful staff. Parking available at hotel

Good hotel, nice staff, beach towels included, but the beach was not ready

Pros: Amazing location, great view and neighbourhood to the beach, shops and restaurants

Cons: The included beach was not ready when I was there. Also the lady on the reception gave me the simple room instead of sea view, so it was a bit nervous to solve this question at night, after the long trip

Pros: STAFF, ORGANIZATION. WE CAME EARLIER THAN EXPECTED AND THEY CAME FOWARD WITH THEIR HOSPITALITY. INTERNET WAS VERY GOOD IN ALL FASCILITYS.

Cons: KITCHEN STAFF ( INTERNAL CONFLICT) COLD WATER IN THE POOLS ( VERY VERY VERY COLD).

Pros: Good breakfast, nice pool area with good service. One day the cleaning was half done, we contacted the reception and for the rest of our visit the cleaning was excellent. I must say that the reception office manager Rafa is possibly the best service minded man I´ve ever met. He took care of us in a very proffessional way, listened to our needs and helped us throughout the visit, and even after the visit. We had some problems with booking refund, but Rafa made sure it went very smooth, one week after we left the hotel.

Cons: Price for private parking. I understand that the hotel wants as much income as possible. But for the extra resort feeling, the private parking could have been cheaper.

A great experience of Montenegro in a huge, new hotel of very high quality with very kind staff.

Pros: The beach is only a 5 min walk away but Montenegro doesn't have sandy beaches, only with pebbles. The 3 pools are amazingly fresh and nice. The room is very spacious with all facilities, as well as the bathroom. The balcony is also a nice place to start a slow morning or to find some privacy. Breakfast had a huge variety of food and suited all different tastes. It was a huge brunch for me. The spa with dry and wet saunas was a nice bonus and the massage with had (extra fee) was very professional. The entire hotel looks new and was spotless.

Cons: The location of the hotel is just 5 min away from the beach and the busy boardwalk that is active in the evening with music performances. But to get to Budva center and the old city you need a taxi (2.5 km away)

Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful! Facilities were always clean and spacious so didn’t ever feel busy. Breakfast buffet was good with a make your own waffle section! Had room service meals twice and food was good too. Path from hotel to beach was a set of steps which was easy to find. Parking on site and easy to use. Loved having the option of the indoor and outdoor pool space!

Cons: TV wasn’t a smart TV so no streaming applications easily available. Bath door was small so lots of water goes outside when showering, meant we had to use towels to mop up some of the water after showering.

Lovely hotel, great atmosphere - communication could be better.

Pros: The hotel was very modern with nice rooms. The staff were friendly and there was a good atmosphere. It was also very close to the beach.

Cons: I messaged before we arrived to ask about their birthday options. I was having a conversation with someone via web chat and then they never responded to any further queries, so ended up having to sort something myself in Budva. I also replied to their message about how we were finding the stay, and explained it was fine apart from the garden pool having lots of empty glasses which hadn't been cleared away. Never received a message back from them about anything, which is a shame as apart from this the stay was great.

Good location define worth a stay.

Pros: Great size bedroom and balcony with very comfy bed. Very friendly staff everywhere but especially the girls on reception. Superb indoor and outdoor pool and spa.

Cons: Bathroom and shower cubicle were a bit cramped. No English t.v channels….unusual for a 4 star hotel. The hot breakfast buffet was never very hot?
