Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Shell Boutique Hotel. The rooms were spotless, and the breakfast was both delicious and well-prepared. Special thanks to Balsa — he was friendly, respectful, and truly professional. He helped us not only during our stay but also with great local tips on what to see around Budva. We felt very comfortable and welcomed. Highly recommended!

Pros: Everything about the property was top notch, location and ease of access. Balsa was the best host . Treated it as his own place . 100 percent recommended. The restaurant is to die for . Good pasta amd good breakfast servings

A modern, quiet, and comfortable hotel with attentive staff and an excellent seaside location.

Pros: We really liked the location – right on the seafront, yet quiet and peaceful (we stayed in October). The room is modern, everything is new and high quality: a comfortable firm mattress, good bed linen, a well-thought-out neutral interior, plenty of storage, and lighting options. The bathroom fittings are excellent and everything works perfectly. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and quality products. We also enjoyed the sauna – new, clean, and comfortably hot. The staff were very attentive, especially the receptionist Balša, and we appreciated that the hotel is pet-friendly.

Cons: Overall, everything was great. The only small note is that guests with dogs can have breakfast only on the terrace, which was not an issue for us.

Pros: The Hotel ist greatly localed with Beautiful and tasty décoration - nice restos around. I was genuinely impressed by the remarkable welcome of the staff member who managed the entire welcome and guest service experience on his own. He was highly professional, kind, and incredibly service-oriented , truly a multi-talented individual!b Despite handling everything single-handedly, he greeted us with warmth and calm professionalism, ensuring every detail was taken care of. When the coffee machine broke, he didn’t hesitate - he personally prepared fresh coffee and even breakfast for us, all with a genuine smile and a positive attitude. His dedication, adaptability, and natural sense of hospitality made our stay memorable. This kind of personal commitment and care is rare to find, a true credit to the hotel. Highly recommended and deeply appreciated
