Relaxing, clean and safe.

Pros: Very quiet, spotlessly clean. The pool area was very nice and overlooked the sea.

Cons: Restaurant facilities would have been nice.

Lovely stay

Pros: Good size, clean apartment, nice views and terrace, free parking.

Cons: Only one bathroom and toilet in the apartment which can be a problem with family of 4. Changing towels and sheets after 4 days of stay not daily. Slight far away from the beach about 10 minutes walk

Pros: Good location, nice view from the terrace to the sea. Good access to the beach and nearby restaurants at the Rafailovici beaches. The complex has a beautiful swimming pool, which was a big plus. The 2 bedrooms in the apartment definitely contributed to the relaxation. I would especially like to highlight the willingness and professionalism of the receptionists, who provided us with all the necessary information immediately upon arrival.

Cons: The only criticism I could make about the entire stay was the cleanliness of the surroundings, but the hotel has nothing to do with that.

Cons: It’s a bit of a long round to get to the beach because the front door at the beach is on a curve so it’s not really safe to cross. Pool water was very cold.

Pros: Great staff, excellent facilities. Short walk to the beach, proper cleaning during the stay. Parking is a great plus. Overall good value of money.

Cons: No dining facilities. Always had to go out for eating/drinking.

Pros: The location of the property was excellent especially in terms of the view and distance from the beach . Not too far from the centre too, but maybe an issue for those who do not have their own vehicle. The staff was very nice and helpful and went over and above to sort all issues. They even let us do late check out for one room at no extra cost which was very nice of them. I had a minor issue with the dishwasher and was promptly replied back to on WhatsApp late night. The studio booked by us was comfortable and had everything needed including dishwasher and washing machine. Overall a lovely experience and going back with beautiful memories.

Cons: Maybe they could add some extra kitchenware as well we’re three in the room, and everything was counted and kept. So if u needed an extra spoon or fork, u had to keep washing.

great value, excellent condition apartment and lovely pool.

Pros: Our apartment was spotless. Everything was very clean and tidy and in good condition. we arrived early and the apartment was ready without us even asking. Transfers were arranged and were on time and as requested. apartment was very big and spacious. Pool again very clean and well looked after. Very chilled around the pool. always got a sunbed. Great view. little bit of a walk to the beach but we were ok with that and got used to the walk. Budva centre was further than we thought and was 15-25 Euros. But overall location was good as we did lots of different things and explored the whole area. You could walk to the beach and get a boat trip along the coast and to Hawaii Island.

Cons: Only one thing we found a bit difficult was there was no where close to buy drinks and snacks during the day. we did buy a few bits for breakfast from the shop but the nearby shops weren’t great so you would struggle with getting stuff for a meal. 2 local places to eat were very nice but maybe more than you need for a lunchtime snack.
