Amazing, Comfy, Clean

Pros: The hospitality, staff were friendly. The room that we stayed (Loft) was very spacious and with a toddler around, it was very suitable for us.

Cons: They initially changed our room type without a prior communication. It'd have been better if they had asked us earlier instead of switching it by themselves. They changed it back to Loft though after we asked

A perfect place in Budva

Pros: Friendly and resourceful staff, spacious room - 2 BD and a living room , all very comfortable and equipped, great breakfast. It was a perfect choice for us and we highly recommend it

Cons: There are constructions of new hotels all around the hotel - a bit annoying

Pros: They were friendly helpful rooms were lovely swimming pool area breakfast lovely

Cons: Didn’t clean your outside patio, but I could live with that for a week

A great stay made exceptional by the Staff

Pros: We stayed at this hotel and overall had a good experience: the facilities were nice, the location convenient, and the atmosphere pleasant. However, what truly made the difference was the human quality of the staff. We would especially like to highlight the kindness, professionalism, and warmth of Anastasija and Dijana at the reception. Always helpful, smiling, and genuinely welcoming they made us feel truly cared for. Thank you for making us feel so welcome. We would definitely return, not just for the hotel itself, but for the people who make it special.
