Absolutely amazing, extremely friendly and accommodating - going above and beyond.
Pros: I honestly couldn’t rate this place enough. The staff went above and beyond to make our little trip away amazing. We were lucky enough to be greeted by Suzanne who ensured we were welcomed and relaxed, offering drinks while our documents were sorted and allowed us to check in early. She made certain that we would have a smooth journey, arranging taxis and printing boarding passes. Not only that she went out her way to call my friend on her birthday, providing a bottle of champagne, cake and a cute card. Not to mention they provided us with a room upgrade; and ensured that we both were next to each other. Really would recommend booking!!! The drinks were amazing and presented very well. The breakfast was delicious- best pancakes I have ever had!
Cons: No fault of the property but we went when the pool was not available - this would’ve topped it off. But the spa made up for it!

We had a truly enjoyable and relaxing stay with excellent service and comfort throughout.
Pros: We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed everything. The room was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh options. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help. We also loved the sauna — it was relaxing and perfectly clean. The atmosphere of the hotel was cozy and welcoming. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely love to come back again.
Cons: Overall, everything was great, but we felt that the sauna area was missing one important feature. It would have been even more enjoyable if a jacuzzi had been available. Adding a jacuzzi would make the wellness experience more complete and relaxing. We still really liked the sauna, but this small detail would definitely improve the stay.

Pros: Great and very comfortable hotel. Personal is very attentive and caring. I got a better room, was cleaned, with beautiful sea view. This is one of the few places with high service that is so difficult find in Montenegro

Pros: the hotel is new, well organised and clean. located not far from beach. breakfast was rally good, staff was helpful. room amenities are also good
Cons: the spa center is really poor, small sauna and steam room was closed. the spa manager wasn't very helpful. location is somewhat distant from old town and city centre

Pros: The room was large and clean, overall great experience. I loved the fact that they have a undeground garage (in Budva it is a challenge to find parking). The sauna and hammam are free for guests, totally recommended for relaxation. 10 out of 10 easily.

Amazing value for money
Pros: The rooms are huge! Staff members were always nice and helpful, apart from those working at breakfast. The pool is amazing to relax and take beautiful photos. The location is a little far from the old town, but I enjoyed walking there, so it wasn’t an issue for me.
Cons: My only issue was the breakfast. It was okay, but nothing too exciting or nothing I would think of as delicious. Not bad enough for me to have breakfast outside, but also not really good.

Pros: We felt in love with this hotel immediately when first entered. The interior is very nice and whole hotel including rooms is very fresh, seems newly renovated. The big assets of this hotel are the people in reception. Always friendly and very helpful. Special thanks to the beautiful young lady Ljubica. At arrival they offered us the glass of champagne for free and this was most pleasant check in process ever. We were sitting outside, enjoying the champagne and Ljubica came to us and filled out all documentation there. Room was also very good. Huge and well designed. The view from the balcony was amazing! Breakfast was also very good, with the variety of delicious choices. The hotel has the wonderful eternity swimming pool at the roof with the picturesque view from there, sea, small islands and all surrounded by mountains. There is also bar and restaurant there. We also visited SPA. We enjoyed all spa procedures. Their masseuse Mzia made the great medical massage!
Cons: Water, tea/coffee was not replaced during cleaning, only on request. Although they were responding to request immediately, they just have this policy.
