Pros: They were very professional and friendly, even to our 2 year old son, who still did not understand the concept of 5 ⭐️ It was clean, warm and spacious and the best thing we got the separate bedroom from the living room, which is essential with the small kids (junior apartment). Also, very nice roof pool and extraordinary restaurant Carevic ♥️

Pros: The room was big and comfortable, clean and cozy! The location is nice and you can see the sea in front of.

Cons: MRS. JELENA, the manager (I think she was one of the manager as the receptionist told me so. She was rude and unprofessional at least. At our arrival we had a problem. I made the reservation online, two rooms/4 people. I paid it total price for two double rooms. But at the reception, they told me that the reservation was made only for 2 people /room. Beyond the fact that I think it was a mistake/lapsus by Booking.com, because I had specified the number of people and the payment was made for 4 people (this was confirmed by the receptionist Mrs. Dejana, but also by Jelena herself), this lady who calls herself the Manager, in a dismissive and disrespectful tone told me that I had to pay double for each room, since the mistake was not known by whom. Now, I understand that the hotel has rules, but if the payment was made in full and it turns out that it is for 4 people, how can you ask for double the price, when we both clearly saw on the website that the price / room continued to be the one I had already paid! Then she changed her mind, after we insisted this was unfair, she said to the receptionist that we needed to pay only extra for the breakfast (I still don’t understand where is the logic here)!, while breakfast was included in the price that was still displayed on booking.com. After much insistence, even though it was evening and we had traveled all day to reach this hotel, the receptionist connected with another manager, who without any hesitation told her that, if the price for the double rooms was paid, then of course we could stay!

Pros: Our visit to Hotel Imperial Conference & Spa was outstanding. The hotel offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The pool area is beautiful and well-maintained, perfect for unwinding. The restaurant serves excellent food, and the breakfast was abundant with fresh options each morning. We also appreciated the 10% discount on dining when ordering at the restaurant and bar—great value. Our rooms were impeccably clean, and the complimentary parking was a convenient bonus. A special mention goes to Nikolina at reception, who graciously upgraded us to a premium suite with stunning sea views at no extra cost. Her attentiveness and warm hospitality truly made our stay special. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this is an excellent choice. Clean, well-organized, great facilities, and outstanding service. We'll definitely return.

Great place to stay with the family

Pros: Everything was perfect - the room was spacious and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was generous. We loved the pool and the kids' room. Excellent value off-season. The underground garage is available for the hotel guests. The food in the evening restaurant was delicious.

Cons: I would love to have a gym in this kind of hotel. Also, breakfast assortment might be slightly improved by adding cottage cheese and some smoked fish.

Pros: Very cool staff. Gorgeous pool, spacious room. Own underground Parking. The atmosphere is conducive to relaxation and comfort. Excellent room cleaning. A good spa.

Pros: The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options. Everything was great, though the pool water could have been cleaner.

Pros: Location, food, stuff, view & the sizeof the room

Cons: The soap&loution where located to close to mirror very hard to use. The towels where a little bit old.

Pros: Spacious and large room, very big and comfortable bed. Clean and well organized. Friendly and welcoming staff

Cons: The pool is small and not really heated, making it less suitable for the season. The jacuzzi is small and can accommodate up to four people. Breakfast is relatively poor and not varied enough

Outstanding service and great hospitality made this stay unforgettable

Pros: I had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make the experience comfortable. Their hospitality really made the difference and set a positive tone for the entire trip. The location is excellent, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, a supermarket, and the beach, which made everything very convenient. The hotel provided a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for both work and downtime. Overall, the staff made this stay wonderful. I would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Montenegro.
