Excellent place to stay in Budva!

Pros: Although it is a four star hotel, the quality of the product is nearly five star.

Cons: There were no bathrobes available however the hotel has a wellness area.

Pros: The stuff is welcoming and overall great, offered us free jacuzzi even outside of its normal working hours and their transfer to the airport was great, we were running late and the driver Zenjko drove us through the old mountain road which helped to get to the airport in time

Pros: Extremely friendly and professional lady at the reception, who seems to really care for the guests, thank you ! The room was nice and very clean, with a balcony, modern bathroom and good bed. Wifi connection is good. Nice breakfast with great variety of choice and buffet well taken care of. I was spontaneously offered the possibility to enjoy the pool and the rooftop on the day of my departure after leaving the room (where there is water, fruit, snacks and possibility to make yourself coffee&tea, + extremely clean bathroom), which was appreciated. There is free parking in an underground garage. I would recommend this place and stay there again if I happen to come again to Budva.

Pros: Exceptional service from the moment we arrived. All staff were friendly, courteous and professional. Rooms were exceptionally clean and well furnished. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a good variety of food. Reception staff were welcoming and always ready to help, with a special thanks to Eva and Nisha (sorry if I’ve missed spelt their names).

Pros: The Hotel Diplomat is a very modern and cozy place to stay. We really enjoyed the facilities provided —every detail in the hotel looks new and clean. The staff members at the reception were very kind, professional, friendly and always ready to help. Thanks a lot for your hospitality and for the excellent experience and service!

Cons: The breakfast was a bit poor and boring, almost every day with the same choices. It would be better if the breakfast menu offered more variety.

Pros: Great hotel. Quiet. 10 minutes from the beach. 25 minutes walk to the old town. Restaurants and bakeries next to the hotel. Clean, spacious room. Small and cozy pool on the roof. The hotel serves fruit and cookies by the pool. All the hotel staff are very pleasant and helpful. We especially liked the service of the receptionists who gave us excellent recommendations for beaches, restaurants and places to visit. They also booked a place on the beach for us. Fresh breakfast.

Amazing staff and comfy beds!

Pros: We stayed here for one night while travelling between towns, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. Out of the many hotels we visited during our time in Montenegro, the beds here were by far the most comfortable.

Cons: A fair walk to the old town but you can easily get a taxi.

Pros: The hotel is really nice, very clean and comfortable, great swimming pool area and the loveliest staff - very helpful and friendly.

Pros: Excellent service, every request was met, especially the service of Nivas from the reception. Clean hotel, excellent breakfast, excellent location.
