Good location and host :)

Pros: The property was very nice and clean, easy to find and access. Also walk to the city was not too bad about 20mins.

Cons: There was no toilet roll. Other than that everything was great!

In short, everything is great!

Pros: The apartments are located in a new part of the city. New houses are still being built around them. When everything is finished, then everything will be better. Next to the house where the apartments are located, there is a beautiful park, on top of which you will find a sports ground. The apartments are small, but they have everything you need to spend a few days in Podgorica.

Cons: If you use the app, the payment terms are not shown there. I was absolutely sure that I had paid. But upon arrival it turned out that I would have to pay on arrival.I had to dig through bank statements to find out everything. We solved it all!

I’m definitely recommending it to everyone. The best place to stay in Podgorica.

Cons: The bed and pillows are not great.. and the furniture is rather old.

Affordable little apartment

Pros: Cozy little apartment but had everything I needed after I landed in Podgorica. Cutlery and glasses provided, comfy bed, AC and host provided towels as well. Directions were well described and price was fair

Cons: This is a new building. Construction starts quite early. But it's temporary they will finish eventually. It did not bother me at all as I woke up early and I feel like apartment is nicely insulated with closed windows you should not hear much of the ruckus

Pros: Местоположение - рядом маркет, пекарня,. Хозяева говорят на английском языке. В квартире чисто, уютно, двуспальная кровать. Чувствуешь себя как дома. В ванной и на кухне все есть. Чистые полотенца, посуда, фен, шампуни. Останавливаюсь в этих апартаментах второй раз. Буду останавливаться и в дальнейшем.

Pros: El apartamento es muy cómodo. No fue mi caso pero se puede cocinar, tiene lavarropa, heladerita, etc., que para alguien que está varios días las puede utilizar.. Yo sólo estuve una noche. Queda cerca de una avenida importante y hay un bistró que se come muy bien y barato.

Cons: No me gustó la ducha, me resultó incómoda. Semejante aparato para ducharse requiere de un buen espacio y justamente en ese baño es lo que falta. La zona de ducha es abierta, es decir que el baño queda todo mojado y hay que secarlo. No hay de donde agarrarse y falta una jabonera para no tener que dejar el jabón en el piso y agacharse para volver a agarrarlo. En general al apartamento le falta una limpieza general, incluyendo la heladera.

Clean and Comfy Efficiency with strong Wifi

Pros: Great efficiency apt with a very nice bathroom, clean, with all the basic necessities, excellent WiFi and an extremely quiet building. The host was very helpful and kind.

Cons: It was a tiny bit away from the downtown but not that far overall as I could still walk there.
