Pros: We enjoyed our stay here. The communication with Tamara was fast and reliable, we got our keys from her mother, who was very friendly and kind. The location of the apartment makes it perfect to explore whole Budva.

Excellent value for the price

Pros: The location of the apartment was perfect! Very close to the center. There is a super close by and the apartment is well equipped, tidy and clean. The owners are very kind and the communication with them is very quick and easy. Highly recommend for those who want to be in Budva.

Cons: There is no organized parking (it was on the first day but not on the second day) And it was very critical because we were traveling with a car in Montenegro

Pros: The apartment Anika is a newly built apartment. Everything was superb and the host was very polite and helpful. The apartment is located just 3 minutes walking distance from the beach and less than 10 minutes from the Old Town. We will come back again!!!

Pros: Апартаменты расположены около шоссе, близко к центру. Но шум от дороги не мешает. Ориентир - Милмедика. Апартаменты на втором этаже, лестница. Рядом заправка. Это удобно в воскресенье, когда обычные магазины не работают. Рядом есть и магазины, и остановки транспорта. 10 минут до автостанции. 10 минут до славянского пляжа, но он, честно говоря, не самое чудесное место в Черногории) 2 отдельных спальни-это то, что нам было необходимо для комфортного отдыха. Матрасы несколько жестковаты, подушки невысокие, но есть запас подушек (мы отдыхали вдвоем). Компоновка: одна спальня с двуспальной кроватью и младенческой кроваткой, вторая спальня две односпальные кровати. Просторная столовая/гостиная с кухней. Всё, что нам могло понадобиться, было в наличии. Два балкона: один хозяйственного назначения, один - со столиком. Но именно он был очень удобен для сушилки: там ветерок и утреннее солнце. Завтракали и ужинали в апартаментах, для этого всё есть.

Cons: Было жарковато спать, т.к. кондиционер один в столовой. Может, небольшой вентилятор спас бы ситуацию. В целом отличное место, удобное и в хорошем месте.
