A beautiful villa with the mandarine garden
Pros: Wonderful apartments near the stunning sandy beach of Ada Bojana! The friendly host family was very helpful — check-in was quick and easy, and they assisted with the tourist tax payment via a simple QR code, so there was no need to visit any tourist agencies. They also provided bicycles, which made getting to the beach super convenient — a great bonus! The room was clean, cozy, and had a lovely view of a mandarin garden. Mosquito screens on the windows were an extra bonus and much appreciated. Highly recommended!

I travel 5 months a year, so I speak from experience, and trust me, you won’t regret your stay here!
Pros: Everything! The peace and quiet, their beautiful garden, the possibility to order homemade breakfast, the comfortable bed, the clean apartment with a kitchenette that has all the essentials, the location of the place (only 5min by car to Ada Bojana beach and 10min to the rest of the beaches), the sunsets, and the welcoming hosts were a cherry on the top! Amazing people, amazing place! 10/10 would come back! 🫶

Nice and quiet place to stay for a few days and explore & enjoy Velika Plaza and Ada Bojana.
Pros: Nice property. A lot of parking space available. Nice view to mandarina plantage from balcony. Towels are available and can be changed in additon, upon request, bed sheets also.

Go to place for anyone wanting to stay close to Ada Bojana beaches and enjoy surroundings
Pros: Location close to the public road in countryside environment, with large garden around it and beautiful nature. The room was great (except for the toilet which could have been be bigger) with balcony. We also had cat visitors almost every morning which we liked. The staff is super friendly, and always there for us when needed. The paid breakfast option is a great option (day to day) for anyone who does not want to bother to travel to Donji Štoj. The internet access is also good!
Cons: The toilet and shower cabin are small, and water was leaking outside when taking a bath (we always had to pick up the water with towels).

When the noisy pump wasnt working, it was great!
Pros: The property was as described, clean, spacious and surrounded by beautiful nature.
Cons: The fact that to maintain this beautiful nature, the owners had to run the water pump for four out of seven days, which was very noisy and prevented a more enjoyable time to be spent on the balcony

All was really great!
Pros: The property is located in a very quiet area but also not at all far from restaurants, beaches etc. the garden of the property is exceptionally beautiful with fruit trees, flowers and a meticulously mowed lawn. The room we were in was spacious and comfortable, and looked even better then in the photos. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely go back! 😊
Cons: Nothing - everything was great. Our only feedback for the hosts is that there could be some storage space in the bathroom so that there’s room to put more toiletries 😊 but this is just a suggestion

Best value for money ⭐️
Pros: As the previous year everything was clean tide up, surrounding was beautiful. Lemon tries, nice gardening… apartment was spacious and clean(the one that we booked, last year we had studio).
Cons: Walls could be thicker:) but luckily other guests weren’t loud much :)

Mimo drobnych niedogodnosci jestesmy zadowoleni i polecamy.
Pros: Zadbane posesja,ladne krzewy,duzo miejsca,takze do zaparkowania samochodu.Rowery dla gosci ulatwialy dojazd do plazy.Pomocni wlasciciele.Reczniki i posciel dostalismy na zmiane w polowie pobytu.
Cons: Mimo moskitier duzo malych muszek,ktore dostawaly sie do pokoju.Wchodzily takze mrowki i wieksze robaki (wybrallismy pokoj na parterze-byc moze na wyzszych pietrach nie byloby tego problemu).Cos nas niestety gryzlo.Brak stolika i krzesel w pokoju-sa tylko na tarasie-trzeba je wnosic jesli chce sie zjesc w pokoju...Ciemno w lazience,zeby sie ogolic.W telewizorze tylko kilka programow,ktore czasem nie dzialaly \

Pros: Praktikus apartman. Minden rendelkezésre áll a pihenéshez, tágas erkély, gyönyörű udvar, kedves házigazdák.
Cons: A szomszédok zaja áthallatszik. A konyhából nekünk a vágódeszka hiányzott, de egyébként az is jól felszerelt.
