Pros: I had an amazing time here! The apartment was beautifully and had everything I needed — modern, comfortable, and good equipped. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning! The owners were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. I would definitely love to come back and can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect stay!
Cons: Just a small note: the accommodation is located on a street without a sidewalk, so a bit of extra care is needed when walking.

Pros: It’s an amazing and very welcoming family! They contacted us in advance, shared the location before our arrival, and did everything possible to make sure we reached the address comfortably - thank you so much for that. The flat is spacious, with a stunning view and equipped with everything you might need and even more. The location is also perfect: it’s just about a 15 minute walk to the Old Town. I’m really happy we stayed here - I don’t think you can find a better balance between price and quality anywhere else. Some people mention that you have to walk along a road with cars, which is true, but it’s only for a short distance, and the drivers are very careful. We came back late at night and still felt completely safe walking back. It’s truly worth every penny, and I would love to stay here again. Thank you!

Pros: The whole experience was a blast! Stunning view, beautiful surroundings, fully equipped apartment with 2 toilets, the host's uncle, who helped us with the check-in, was friendly and very hyped to help.

Pros: We collected very good memories in this apartment.The apartment is new and clean. İt has everything you need. The heating of the apartment was good .Even it was winter time we were warm .The owner Lavinija was very helpful in every step of check in and check out. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone who would like to have a comfortable stay. We had a car and the apartment has it's own parking place . The balcony is amazing.

Spectacular View and Wonderful Hospitality
Pros: We were absolutely delighted with the view from the balcony overlooking Kotor Bay and the old town – it was simply breathtaking. The apartment itself was spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable for our stay. The host was extremely helpful and communicative, staying in touch with us via WhatsApp. She was kind enough to allow us to check in two hours before the agreed time, which we truly appreciated. As a welcoming gesture, she even left a bottle of wine for us to enjoy.
Cons: The only downside would be the location's accessibility for those without a car. The apartment is situated on a busy road without pedestrian sidewalks, so one needs to be cautious when walking around. Another minor issue was with the hot water; we weren’t informed that we needed to turn on the boiler to have hot water, which resulted in us taking cold showers for the first two days. However, this was partly our fault, as we’re certain the host would have quickly explained this to us if we had reached out.

We were delighted with the apartment and the communication with the host.
Pros: Everything in the apartment was excellent, as was the communication and help with booking the taxi from the airport. The beds were comfortable, bathroom lovely, we used the balcony when the weather was warm, nice sofa and excellent facilities in kitchen, plus washing machine, iron and board, and a hairdryer.
Cons: The host cannot do anything about this, but there is a steep slope from the road to the apartment building entrance although well within our capabilities. I see some have complained about time to get to town - it took us 15-20 minutes so I assume those who took longer are not used to walking far, and the walk back up the hill from the bay might be challenging for some.

Great apartment for a relaxing stay
Pros: Beautiful views from the balcony. Modern apartment with good facilities. All very clean. Exceptional communication with the owner. Being out of the town centre makes it a more relaxing stay. Kotor is a great location for exploring the area.
Cons: If you are travelling without a car it's a 15- 20 minute walk from the town centre. We were aware of this when booking and did get used to it.
