S&P City Center Apartments

Pros: The hosts were very kind, such wonderful people. I’ve never met hosts like that! It’s really close to the Old Town yet still quiet. There’s private parking so you don’t have to worry about paid parking. The studio apartment is spacious and comfortable and has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable

Cons: The shower is very small and not comfortable to use

Perfect stay in Kotor

Pros: The studio apartment was absolutely lovely, we wish our stay in Kotor was longer! The property was in a perfect location, close to old town and the bus station but also very quiet. The staff were lovely and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. I could not recommend enough!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at S&P City Center Apartments. The apartment was spotless, fully equipped with everything we needed, and located in a perfect spot – close to Kotor Old Town but still in a quiet and peaceful area. Our host Tea, her mother Stanka and her father were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. They even welcomed us with wine, which was such a warm and thoughtful gesture after our journey. It truly made us feel at home from the very first moment. Traveling with kids, it was especially nice to feel so well taken care of. The small details and their personal recommendations for local places made our stay even more memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Kotor. Thank you once again for your amazing hospitality! 🌸✨

Pros: There is everthing what we need. Location is wonderful because near to bus statiton, near to Old Town, near to market on foot. The owner is so kind. Room was so clean. We are pleased from this accommodation.

Cons: There was a dishwasher and a washing machine, but there was no detergent. Enough tablets could be put for each stay.

Beautiful apartment easy walk into old town but tucked away quiet location

Pros: Beautiful spacious apartment close to the centre of old town. 3 spacious double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and lovely outside space. Great host always on call and happy to provide recommendations

Great place to stay in Kotor

Pros: Apartment was very clean and spacious, included everything you need for a short stay, even includes washing machine. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming, providing good info on the location and activities and stayed in touch throughout in case we needed anything. Beautiful setting, we stayed in the upstairs apartment which had two terraces. Two supermarkets and bus station very close by, and is about ten minutes walk to the old town, which is the highlight of Kotor. We had a great holiday, would highly recommend this apartment.

Pros: The apartment is in a great spot just outside of the old town, makes for a gorgeous walk in. There’s everything you need really close by. Loved having a washing machine. Air conditioner worked great and bed was comfy.

Cons: The shower is a tiny bit small but you get that all over Europe and wasn’t really a problem.
