Pros: Perfect clean apartment , 3 min walk to bus station, 10 min old town:)

Much better than expected

Pros: The room looks astonishing, spacious and clean. Location is close to main bus station with 5 minutes walk so it’s not an issue to carry with your luggage. Host is very kind and helpful to provide necessary support and assistance. Recommend for both family and solo traveler.

Pros: It was very nice, clean, with a perfect location — less than ten minutes from the Old City, and there is a supermarket just across the road. The host was very kind and helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant.

Cons: If a washing machine and microwave were added, it would be even better. The only issue was that the shower was missing a door, so the bathroom floor got wet.

Great apartment in a good location

Pros: Great apartment in a really good location only a few mins to the bus station and a few more to the old town. It’s located on the main road but do not hear any of the noise. Supermarket is next door. Owner and cleaner were really nice

Cons: They changed the towels every day which I thought was unnecessary- but nothing to complain about. Everything was brilliant!

Pros: Absolutely phenomenal stay! This studio apartment in Skaljari, Kotor, exceeded all expectations. Impeccably clean and thoughtfully arranged, the space felt instantly welcoming and comfortable. The location is just perfect, only a short walk from Kotor Old Town, yet far enough to avoid the tourist crowds. One of the major highlights is how well-connected and accessible it is, especially during Kotor’s often intense traffic jams, you can get in and out with ease, which is a rare luxury in the area. There’s also convenient and easy parking, which made everything even more stress-free. A grocery store just five meters from the apartment was a huge plus for daily needs, and the overall quiet and peaceful vibe of the neighborhood made it feel like a real retreat. The host was so welcoming, and very responsive and helpful. All in all, a fantastic experience. I’d recommend this place without hesitation and would absolutely stay again!

Fab stay

Pros: The owner was very kind and helpful. The apartment was clean overall. The bed was big and comfortable. Washing powder was provided for the laundry machine. The TV has internet access and supports streaming services. The bathroom is spacious and has a window. The dishes are new, and the furniture is in good condition. The apartment is spread over two floors and offers a nice view of the mountains. There's a supermarket right in front of the building, and the bus station is a 6-minute walk away. The Old Town is about a 15-minute walk. The owner kindly gave me a lift to the cable car. Tip: Bring cash with you — taxis only accept cash. They also partner with a tour company, so you may be able to get a discount. If I come back to visit Kotor, I’ll definitely book this apartment again.

Cons: Nothing I can remember.

Pros: Fantastic apartment, beautifully decorated, well finished, and very well equipped. I arrived early at about 12.30 and it was ready for me which was really appreciated as it was a very hot day. The bed was super and most importantly everything was clean.

Cons: The shower although very good, was tricky to change from spray to overhead

Pleasant but lacks privacy

Pros: Great location near bus station, short walk to Old Town, nice furnishings & decor.

Cons: No blinds or curtains on kitchen windows so somebody standing on the landing (or elsewhere?) could look right inside even into the bedroom at any time. The aircon is in the living room but you have to close the bedroom door so people can't see you in the bedroom but then you get no air-con in the bedroom!
