LANA Sea View Apartment

Excellent apartment!

Pros: Excellent apartment – absolutely perfect in every way! The space is in excellent condition and fully equipped with all the amenities you could need. The view is breathtaking and truly worth the climb There is also a store located just at the bottom, 5 min away. The owner is hospitable, welcoming, and kind, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We really liked our stay!

Beautiful views

Pros: Firstly, Sasa was amazing at responding quickly to any questions we had and was always so helpful with anything we needed. The highlight of the apartment is undoubtedly the balcony with absolutely stunning views (you miss the huge cruise ships blocking the scenery which you see closer to the old town which is nice!). The apartment had a nice modern feel to it, and served us well for our stay! (Top tip for walking down to the sea - use the path you see right in front of the building instead of following the road which Google maps tells you to do!).

Fabulous stay and would recommend

Pros: The host was very informative and arranged our airport transfers. He provided us with key codes prior to arrival. He was very responsive to all our questions and made us feel very welcome. He provided good contacts for local trips. There is a handy shop just 5 mins walk from the property. Great views from the property. Balcony seating for afternoon sunshine

Cons: The apartment was about 20 minutes walk from the town so unless you like hilly walks like us, we would recommend a car. This isnt a negative as we chose the location for views and exercise, just something to be mindful of. Taxis are expensive

Pros: The best sea view ever!)))amazing, picturesque view! Cozy,clean apartment!there are all you need! Very good, polite and nice apartment’s owner☺️👍🏻he helps us with everything we need! By the way there is a parking,that is necessary in Kotor👍🏻

Pros: The view is amazing. The apartment is small and good for 2 people. The bed is okay. They could add some better quality pillows as some people staying more days needs more comfort and some bottle of water for welcoming

Cons: The apartment its on the top of a heel. Was difficult the first day to reach it as the gps takes you from the farest road and you cannot avoid the taxi. Taxi drivers in Kotor for tourist is approximately one way €15-25 according to their mood. Total scam for 2km. For the rest of our stay we found a shortcut down from the hill but the luck wasn’t with us and was raining days so we had to walk +10 min. So consider if you don’t have a car. It needs 20 min from the center of Kotor by foot. The host tried his best for us but can’t predict about transportation

Incredible view!

Pros: Incredible hosts and the apartment is just beautiful! They were very responsive to any questions and queries I had. We also ran out of water as supermarkets were closed and Maja brought us some. It’s around 5 minutes in a taxi and roughly 15 minute walk. Great spot, didn’t want to leave!

Nice and new apartment with great hosts

Pros: The accommodation is new and very clean, parking is easy. The view of the Bay of Kotor from the balcony is really beautiful. Maja and Sasa are great hosts, they were very nice and easy to reach. We enjoyed our time and would come again.

Pros: Very clean and spacious. Maja was extremely helpful and so nice! Maja was always very quick to respond to any queries we had. Location was great. 10 minute walk down to the beach / Kotor town / Kotor Old Town. lovely view from the balcony.

Pros: Overall very nice, host very polite and friendly. Location ok, bit right around the block it is not that nice. Also, apartament is beautiful, but had some issues with the kitchen hood- smell came in the apartament from the neighbour's cooking and during a storm it kept popping at night and waking us up. Otherwise, all was well.
