I recommend this place and want to thank Milan for his help and hospitality.
Pros: The host was very helpful and nice. Very clean. A minimarket was nearby (a minute to walk to). There was all you could need. Private parking at the basement.
Cons: The location is on the hill. So, if you choose to walk to the old town or to a beach (which is not difficult and takes 20-25 minutes), you need to be in a good fit on your way back, or to take a taxi (10 Euro or so) or a car.

Pros: This is an ideal place for the vacations in Kotor. Very pleasant host, perfectly furnished, clean and cozy apartments. Everything is available for comfortable stay - washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine and etc. The host warmly welcomes you when you arrive, tells a lot about the city and the places you must see. There is also parking where you can leave your car.

Pros: Very beautiful apartment with a nice view from balcony. 15 minutes walk to the beach. Apartment has all necessary things to feel lika at home, including washing machine and dishwasher. Very kind and helpful owner of this apartment.
Cons: If you don't have a car, so its a little bit far walking to the old city about 30 minutes

The apartment is excellent and I highly recommend staying there
Pros: The apartment was very clean and had everything you need to enjoy your stay to the maximum Milan, the owner of the apartment, is a very nice and kind person :) I should note that there is a bit of a walk from the apartment to the city center (20 minutes), but this is not a problem if you have a car (there is also private parking in the apartment)

Kotor is a very pretty town with lots to do.
Pros: Very clean, nice and pretty. Milan is really kind and helpful. We booked very last minute and he accommodated this well. The flat is pretty, the balcony is nice to sit on and the bed/ sofa bed is very comfortable. The snacks Milan provided in the fridge was a lovely touch. Thanks again Milan!
Cons: A bit of a walk from old town but the walk is very pretty!

Wonderful stay at a modern apartment and a lovely host, highly recommended!
Pros: Our host was absolutely fantastic! He was helping us throughout our stay; for example in the absence of taxis he got us from the bus station, and at the end of the trip took us to the Tivat airport. The apartment was stylish, clean and comfortable. After a long travel we were greeted with groceries and some great local wine which was a pleasant surprise.
Cons: The apartment is located a bit off from the beaches and services, but on the other hand the area is really peaceful. It takes you only 15 minutes by foot to the beach.

we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book the apartment next time
Pros: The host Milan is the best. He really made our stay pleasant . We got in later than scheduled and he waited patiently for us, we needed to printed our tickets,he did that for us . We couldn’t get a taxi on time at departure and he dropped us at the station with his personal car . The apartment is in a new built and very clean ,nice view and 20minutes walk to the old town.
Cons: The only down side is there is one air conditioning unit in the living area which serves the entire apartment , that means the bedroom door has to be left open for it to cool ..

Pros: Everything was very good.Very pleasant host,tell where to go,what to see,where to eat. Apartment was very clean,full equipped. Parking place in garage. I can only recomended this apartment ....
