Pros: The accommodation is in a great location. The staff was very friendly, and communication via WhatsApp was convenient with quick responses. Renting a car and arranging airport transfers through them was easy and smooth.
Cons: Suggestion for improvement: It would be nice to have a table and chairs on the balcony instead of sun loungers. The extra bed is not recommended for an adult, but it's probably fine for children.

Comfortable base in Kotor
Pros: Ground floor apartment with terrace with great view of the water and mountains behind. Located easy walking to old town, supermarkets and restaurants. Good lighting throughout and kitted out with necessities for self catering. Good to have access to a laundry. Agent supplied lots of information and was always available on WhatsApp.
Cons: Bring your earplugs as noise of the upstairs tenants moving furniture and clomping around is evident. It is a bit of a walk over rough footpaths to the main bus station if you are wheeling cases. There is a car bay for the apt.

Pros: Excellent little apartment, right on the water. Everything was clean and checking in was super easy. The hosts were super responsive and assisted us asap.
Cons: The only thing we wish we could have was an option to select a sea view room as we only had 1 option to select when booking.

Pros: Very good location, nice staff, amaizing view! The apartment is perfect! There is a very good restaurant within 10 meters, and good strand for a short walk.
Cons: The wifi was a little bit weak.

Pros: Very good location, close to the old town and basically on the sea shore. Clean and modern apartment, it has everything you need.
Cons: There were a lot of rules, it felt like you could not take a breathe without paying some penalty fee. But in the end there were no problems. I would recommend them to change their approach regarding the rules and the penalties.

Pros: Location is beyond expectations just behind the sea. Building has private parking spot for you. The terrace elevates space and the crew is very dedicated and kind. Also you can reach them any time. Room was clean they put extra towels, extra toilet papers, water so you dont have to worry about basics during the stay. We will definitely stay at Ocea next time.

Fantastic Location with amazing views of the Bay
Pros: The location is fantastic, not too close to the busy old town but close enough to walk there when needed. A few nice restaurants right outside the apartment and a supermarket close by. Nice areas to swim in the sea close by that aren't as busy as Kotor beach (to the right of the apartment a little past the aquarium) The views were amazing from the balcony, the apartment itself was really modern and clean. WiFi was great and smart TV. The communication from the office via WhatsApp was helpful and they arranged a taxi for us to our next destination upon checkout
Cons: Unfortunately the bed and pillows were really hard so we found it difficult to sleep, the 'kettle' didn't seem to work for making hot drinks and there was no full length mirror to get dressed. No cushions on the outdoor furniture however still usable. The restaurant and children's playground directly infront of the apartment are quite loud in the late evening when trying to sleep until about midnight

Relaxing apartment really close to the beach and within walking distance from central Kotor
Pros: This was a very relaxing place to stay, with everything I needed for a short stay alone. The facilities were great – especially the laundry room downstairs.
Cons: The blinds in the bedroom don't fully block out the light. This isn't ideal if you want a lie-in, as the bright sunshine does tend to wake you up early. If you sleep with an eye mask, this won't bother you!
