Pros: Lovely apartment just outside Kotor but within walking distance and there are lots of bars, cafes on the seafront, a supermarket across the road, and a little shop with very helpful staff just next door with healthy snacks, treats and bread. Good sized terrace overlooking the bay. Parking space outside. Bathroom is small but has everything (no bath, didn't see any baths in Montenegro) including a washing machine. The pre-joining instructions were spot on, and finding and getting into the property easy. Homemade Brandy was a delicious treat and a bottle of local wine in the fridge, as well as water and apple juice. Communication was via WhatsApp and very prompt and helpful. A lovely start to our stay in Montenegro.

Cons: Steps!! There's no lift unfortunately. However Montenegro has a way of training your calf muscles, there are steps everywhere, so it's good training for the 1,350 steps to St John's fortress!

Excellent value for money

Pros: I like the style. It is a clean and with good location apartment. Also provided car park. The host is very friendly and have clear and precise instructions to check in. It also has very nice view of the the bay. Excellent value for money

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Kotor

Pros: The property is wonderfully located within walkable distance to Old Town, Kotor beach, supermarket & many eateries and restaurants. The apartment is very clean & tidy with all the amenities you need. The host is friendly, professional and readily available to respond to any queries; the host does everything possible to ensure your stay is comfortable & enjoyable.

Nice apartment with sea view and garage

Pros: Nice apartment within 15 min walk to old town, better to stay here than in (too) busy town, car parking on site, dish / cloth washers, excellent communication by Slobodan, view from the balcony, good grossary shop Amora very close

Cons: Be aware no elevator but wide stairwell, driving to/from garage can be a bit challenging due to busy road

Fantastic three days in a beautiful place

Pros: It is everything as displayed on profile. Beds perfect. Everything you need there. Lots of lovely restaurants on seaside promenade...

Highly recommended for couple or family of four

Pros: Fabulous location, spacious and clean! Really great communication from the host, providing clear and easy access instructions. Grocery stores, bars, restaurants all in easy walking distance. Superb views from the rear balcony too. We accidentally left an Apple Watch behind, and only realised when contacted by the host, as his cleaning lady had reported it to him. The host was more than accommodating in arranging the return of the watch. Also two parking spots.

Cons: On the second floor, no lift, but not a problem if you don’t have to lug heavy luggage.

Cosy apartment in Kotor that exceeded our expectations

Pros: The host was extremely hospitable and helpful. The apartment was very beautiful and cosy. We were left speechless with the view, so relaxing. The provision of the garage definitely a huge plus for the area. Location handy only 10min walking distance from Kotor old town. Cafes, restaurants, supermarkets just around the corner.

Amazing for a family

Pros: Amazing apartment, 2 seperate rooms, big balcony, fully equipped. Best location, promenade is 1 min from the apartment, bakery in the building and shop on the opposite side of the street. Drinks for welcome. Owner is super nice and very quick to respond. If you want a boat tour, you can ask the owner aswell for it, he will organize it for you.

Cons: Nothing really.

Beautiful apartment in stunning location

Pros: Great apartment in beautiful location. Well equipped clean and close tonally amenities. Slobodan the host was very informative and helped us with booking boat trips taxis etc. We had a lively 4 night break here and i would definitely recommend and hopefully be back.
