Pros: The apartments are pretty modern and recently renovated. The owner clearly pays attention to guests’ comfort—blankets and towels are fresh, clean, and nicely packaged. The air conditioning works well and is strong enough to cool the entire apartment, making the atmosphere both cozy and comfortable. The bathroom is modern and pleasant to use, and the location is excellent: just a short walk to the beach, boat rides, and the old town. Overall, it offers exactly what you’d expect at this price point. Don’t hesitate to ask the host if you need anything. She is incredibly kind and helpful—when I accidentally left my passport on the train in Bar, she made all the necessary calls on my behalf, really nice lady. Would book it again.

Comfortable, clean and great location!
Pros: The location is really good, walking distance to Old Town and waterfront. There is a supermarket nearby and transport close by. The apartment is really spacious with a double room and a twin room. Good kitchen facilities in the flat, as well as a washing machine too. Sandra is really nice and helpful. She picked us up and dropped us off at the bus station which was really helpful and always answers messages promptly. Thoroughly recommend staying here in Kotor.

Great Apartment, Wonderful Hostess!
Pros: Excellent location right by the bay with restaurants, bars and a supermarket nearby. Pleasant walk along the bay to the Old Town. The apartment was sparkling clean, tastefully renovated and great air conditioning, and a smart TV also a washing machine and extra touches like shower gels/shampoo. The hostess was very friendly and super helpful with anything you may need. She helped to arrange a boat tour and airport taxi for us.

Great spacious apartment 10 min walk from Old Kotor
Pros: Great spacious apartment with a wonderful host. There was a sun room facing the mountains (and a tree). The washing machine was a godsend when travelling

Pros: Lovely big apartment with everything you need. Extra touches like wine, chocolates and juice. The host collected us from the bus station and was quick to answer messages. Excellent location right by the bay with restaurants, bars and a supermarket nearby. Pleasant walk along the bay to the Old Town. Would definitely recommend

Pros: Apartment Sandrita's location is wonderful. Convenient to visit Kotor old town by step,parking the car along the seaside public area.Most important,the apartment is renewed with comfortable beds,we can go back taking a nap after lunch to be good as new.

Pros: Where do I begin? I would leave 11 stars if I could. The real star is the host Sandra, who was one the most helpful, polite, and cultured people I have ever met. Aside from that the apartment was sparkling clean, tastefully and intelligently renovated, well insulated and great air conditioning, and a smart TV. I'll try to come back every year, I just hope it's not booked out by then!

Amazing apartment in perfect location!
Pros: We really loved our stay here! Amazing, spacious and newly renovated apartment that had everything we needed with super comfortable beds, great warm shower, two toilets, good WIFI, washing machine (and so many extra touches like shower gels/shampoo and laundry detergent). Perfect quiet location just a few steps from the sea promenade with cafes and bars and only a 10 min walk to the old town. The hostess was very friendly and super helpful with anything you may need. She helped to arrange a boat tour and airport taxi for us at very good prices. I would highly recommend this apartment and we are hoping to come back one day!

It was perfect
Pros: The location of the house was great, just a few steps from the seaside. You can reach the old town by foot in 10-15 minutes, only 2-3 minutes by car. The house is very comfortable and everything you are looking for is in the house. The host is a really helpful and friendly person.
