Pros: Staying at Ratko’s apartment was an outstanding experience. The apartment itself was excellent – comfortable, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped. The location in Dobrota is truly breathtaking, right in the heart of Kotor. Looking out from the balcony feels like stepping into a scene from Lord of the Rings – majestic mountains rising above the sea, a view so magical it hardly seems real. Yet what makes this place truly unforgettable is Ratko. He is more than a host – he is a gentleman of rare kindness, attentive and genuine, whose way of welcoming guests transforms a stay into something deeply memorable. A magical place, made extraordinary by a wonderful host. Srdačno hvala!

Pros: The location of this apartment was 10/10 including the amazing view from the balcony - a must have is sitting out on a sunny afternoon. The facilities had everything you could need including little extras like washing up liquid. Hairdryer, iron (no ironing board though), plenty of towels, a compact but excellently equipped kitchen all included. The manager, Ratko, was extremely hospitable and always at the end of the phone if needed. Would happily stay again. Perfect walking distance to the Old Town and plenty of restaurants and cafes without being too busy.

Cons: We didn't use upstairs as there were just the 2 of us but it had a low ceiling as mentioned and was quite hot. The bathroom was on the compact side and as mentioned it was like a wet room but took a while to drain.

Great place, it was perfect for our family of 3. I would definitely stay there again.

Pros: The location is superb. The flat is on the seafront in a quiet neighbourhood. The Old Town is close-by, a pleasant 10 minutes stroll along the sea. Supermarket is around the corner. Amazing views from the balcony. The host Ratko is very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful apartment with amazing views.

Pros: Modern, cozy apartment with great view in quiet area of Kotor. Great location with restaurants, groceries and swimming pier just outside of the apartment, but still short ~10minute walk from old town.

Cons: Second bedroom upstairs has really low ceiling and isn't really suitable for anything else than sleeping.

Pros: The property was excellent, directly on the front waterline, a beautiful view during our stay.

Cons: There’s was confusion about a ‘residence tax ‘ payment which we hadn’t heard of before we made the booking. However, our host Ratko arranged this : €21 for 3 persons. Maybe this is something booking.com can make clear on a page before booking?

Pros: The location of the apartment is fantastic. Being on the outside of Kotor old town, this apartment is in a quiet local area facing the lovely promenade. It is a relaxing and enjoyable 10-15 min walk to the centre of Kotor Old Town. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and great value for money. Ratko is a great host, sharing lots of local knowledge and recommendations. He also collected us from and dropped us off at the airport which was really helpful, as well as offering to help us with anything during our stay. We would certainly recommend this apartment to any friends/family visiting Montenagro in the future. Thank you Ratko!
