Pros: Everything was great! The studio was spotless, and the view was absolutely incredible, you could never get enough of it, no matter the time of day. Having a car is essential, as the property is located up on the heights above Budva. The host was very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Cons: Our room wasn’t fantastic - very basic. Smelt a little strange and the toilet was broken as it leaked every time we flushed it. Be prepared for an incredibly steep hill to get up to it which can be tricky in the heat.

Pros: The view from this property is incredible. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Clean and spacious room/ balcony. Don’t underestimate the walk up the hill though - we did it with our hold luggage and were on the verge of calling the Red Cross! We were aware of this beforehand though and were happy for the trade off for the view and peace away from the bustle. Ask for taxi numbers ahead and you can WhatsApp one up from the town centre for €5. DO NOT just get a taxi from the street (or airport) or you will get ripped off

Cons: There were no curtains in our room and it gets light very early. Generators running outside meant we couldn’t open the windows either. So unfortunately we slept quite badly throughout our stay

Pros: The location is definitely very close to the centre of Budva, but there is a steep climb to get to the accommodation, so I would advise anyone who is not very fit to come here by car. Otherwise, the view is stunning, the place is very beautiful and the owners are very kind and friendly!

Incredible!

Pros: Just amazing from start to finish! Host booked a taxi on our behalf for when we arrived. All taken care of. Check in was easy and the room was lovely and clean, showed to our room by the owners very cute dog ❤️ the view… wow! Out of this world. Budva offers everything! It’s around a 15 min walk down the hill into Budva, we did walk back up most days, but the walk is steep and so we did require a taxi some days. The walk is so worth it! Best view we have ever had! This accommodation is well worth the money and we would definitely book again! Thank you for a lovely stay 🥰

Super room with an amazing view

Pros: Superb location on the top of a hill, the balcony is very cozy with a great view of all of budva. the rooms in general are very well equipped and nice.

Cons: Not really a bad thing since the view makes it more than worth it. But it is on a very steep hill. We walked up it every time except for when arriving with our luggage.

Pros: The view was stunning & Jelena and Andy🐾 were just lovely

Cons: The drive up to Villa Kalina was difficult with a steep climb & many hairpin bends. Impossible to walk up during the day with high temperatures, meaning you need to pack for the day and the night. To be fair, Jelena supplied taxi numbers.

Birthday getaway to Budva !

Pros: The villa is exceptional - the location, the view, the bedroom. Clean, has everything you need (a fridge, even a small stove if you like to cook), shower, clean towels. There is nothing we have missed during our stay! On our first day - weather was slightly stormy and windy. We already had several blankets in the bedroom, but the host has brought us one more just to be safe and warm. Such attentiveness and care - true Montenegrin hospitality ❤️
