Viewpoint Villa

Pros: Matija, the owner, was amazing — always smiling and ready to help with anything we needed. When we arrived, he had prepared packs of water and cold beers in the fridge, which was really nice. The villa itself is fantastic: spacious enough for large groups (we were 14 people), with stunning view and great facilities.

Best place to stay in Budva

Pros: Best view any of us have ever seen from a villa. Villa owner Matija is also the best host ever had - super friendly, easy going and will help out however he can (e.g. booking cheap taxis, shops etc). The bedrooms and facilities generally were great too, including the amazing infinity pool

Cons: The road up is very steep (hence the amazing view) and isn’t walkable so taxis are normally required which is fine, but make sure you book through Matija to ensure you don’t pay over the odds

An incredible villa in a perfect location with an incredible host.

Pros: The villa was stunning set high on the hill with amazing views over the marina. The infinity pool was a proper highlight, and the space was perfect for a group of 10. Matthias, the host, looked after us really well from start to finish, couldn’t have asked for more.

Cons: Honestly, nothing major everything was smooth. Just be aware it’s up a hill, so taxis are the way to go after a long day.

A spectacular stay in every respect

Pros: Viewpoint Villa is perhaps the best place to stay in Budva, if not the entire region. Rooms were spotless, comfortable and fully equipped, with kitchens, BBQ, a lovely pool and lots of social space. And the view is absolutely incredible - the photos really do not do it justice. However, the true star of the property was the host, who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. He provided lifts, helped to book taxis, took us to the supermarket and more. Just an incredible stay that I would take again in a heartbeat. I hope very soon to return to Viewpoint Villa.

Pros: The best thing in this villa is the owner, I was in few villas in my life I’ve never met such great guy like matyu the owner!!!! About the villa everything was perfect, view it is close to the center (you have to take taxi to get there) taxi cost is 5 euro to the center.. everything was just perfect !!!!!

A great place to stay in Budva and highly recommended

Pros: Stunning views in a great location in Budva. Matt was an excellent host and went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable and can assist with anything you need. There is heaps of space, ample for our entire family plus more. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and all had varying degrees of kitchen facilities. We were off season, so the pool was not quite ready for swimming, but during summer will be great.

Cons: In order to have the stunning views, be prepared for a trek up a steep hill. Driving up and down is not for the feint hearted, though once at the top, taxis are a very affordable option and Matt will help you get the local price too. Also quite walkable to the old town.

Stunning view, helpful owners and very comfortable

Pros: Incredible view- photos don’t do it justice. Comfortable, clean and great for large groups. The owners could not have been more helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.
