Friendly staff, convenient location

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy. It was also useful that breakfast was included and the staff were all very friendly.

Cons: We had a light which was flickering in our room so we couldn't use it.

Pros: The hotel was quiet, clean, and secure, with a door that can be closed at night. The new furniture, warm shower, and diverse breakfast buffet made my stay very enjoyable. I especially liked the breakfast area, and the heating worked well. In the morning, the hotel was very quiet, and the staff in the morning was friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very close to the bus station, which is very convenient.

Cons: I did not have a good experience with the night staff, who treated me poorly. They insisted on cash payment and charged me double for the room. Fortunately, the morning staff corrected this and returned the extra charge.
