For one night it was OK

Pros: The room was big, nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. We didn't use SPA services.

Cons: 1. There was no coffee/ tea facilities in the room at all 2. The parking of hotel is common with an area of Toyota service and it is a big mess and it is not clear where to park. The hotel promote a free parking and it is like this but you really have to find a place to park (or tu put somewhere your car).

Pros: Modern hotel with large comfortable rooms. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Safe parking to the rear of the building. I had steak with pepper sauce in the restaurant and it was good, as was my wife's Caesar salad. Decent buffet breakfast included in the price.

Cons: No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Hotel is not central if this is what you need.

Awesome

Pros: The rooms were very spacious and neat. I received a greeting card on the table. That was very welcoming and thoughtful of the hotel. The room was quite comfortable and had value for money. The sauna was epic and i had a good time at the gym.

Cons: It was okay but the food was a little salty all the times we ate. We tried informing the chefs but they said thats how it should taste but we didn't like that

Pros: We stayed in a triple room with balcony - it was spacious, modern, spotlessly cleaned & with all needed amenities. The complimentary water, sweets and handwritten welcome note made us feel genuinely special! The staff were professional, polite and incredibly helpful, providing a truly high standard of service 👏 Breakfast was a delicious buffet with plenty of variety. We also stopped for a lunch in hotel restaurant and it was just as impressive - both in taste and service. We felt exceptionally well taken care of, and without a doubt, we will be staying in Aurel again on our next visit. Huge thank you to all the employees from all departments!
