Hotel Oaza

Good quality/price, nice staff.

Pros: The location is perfect, walking distance from everything interesting in the city. The staff is really nice, family business. The room was enough for me for a few nights during a road trip.

Cons: The facilities could use some love and maintenance, plumbing, AC, missing tiles in the common areas which could be easily fixed. Also the main entrance is holding too much maintenance stuff: you have to cross this area to go from the reception/dinner area to the room area and it is full of construction materials, mechanical parts, a backup generator. It feels like the back of a garage more than a cosy shared area. This space could be transformed into something we want to hangout with other customers or staff.

Literally an oases in Budva. Very friendly family hotel

Pros: The location near to the beach and the old town in a quiet area.

Cons: The bed The sheets were very for a double bed

We highly recommend this wonderful family-run hotel and excellent service. Very convenient for the old town and beaches

Pros: We loved the friendly welcome from the owners. Being in the middle of Budva Town but with a beautiful court-yard with personal touch that made the Green area so lovely. We especially loved how special paintings were in the rooms and along the corridors. The location is unbeatable for the old city

Cons: On the first night there was a lot of very loud music nearby from either a party or a wedding or a night club. We understood that this is Budva which has a party vibe as well as a fashionable arty town vibe. Budva turned out to be better that we expected with some quiet areas and magical moments.

Small friendly hotel, excellent location

Pros: This hotel really feels like an 'Oasis' in the middle of busy Budva nestled amongst high rise blocks. The atmosphere is very pleasant with lots of greenery and plenty of places to sit and relax. The location is excellent - there is a back entrance to the hotel which leads straight to the beach a 100 or so meters away, and the old town is about 500m along a quiet street lined with shops, cafes and restaurants. From the other entrance the shopping centre is just over the road. Our room was a good size (I think we had an upgrade!) with excellent aircon and wifi connectivity and we received a warm and friendly welcome. The hotel provided a parking space (a real asset in this town).

Cons: Some of the fixtures in the bathroom needing updating (eg shower taps a bit stiff) and the TV had limited channels but these were minor issues, overall, we would recommend for a pleasant and peaceful stay.

Great location, nice owners

Pros: 100 meters from Greco Beach, very close to both Old Town and TQ. Good wifi. Nice and kind owners.

Cons: Water leaking from shower cabin.

A family run gem

Pros: Just one block back from the waterfront; Maybe 5 minute stroll to Old Town; 2 minute walk to TQ Plaza; And free parking. Nothing too grand - its 3* rating reflects that. But this is a fantastic, family run gem in the heart of Budva that is perfect for a few nights stay. Ilija and his family were absolutely lovely. We really hope to make it back to Budva in the future and we will most definitely make this our first choice hotel.

Pros: owners and staff were outstanding, great location, spacious room, close to beach, shops, etc.

Pros: Very good location and helpful and kind staff, the host was very nice. Breakfast is also great, and the room was comfortable.

Cosy, efficient, family-run Budva hotel which serves both solo-traveller and families brilliantly

Pros: Excellent location and service. They demonstrate what family run hotels offer that corporate hotels can't. Ilija and his family's warm hospitality in their family hotel is what brought me back to Budva a second time in 2 years. This time I took my senior citizen parents with me, and this hotel's staff helped me ensure that my parents were comfortable. It is just a a couple of minutes from Greco beach and a number of affordable restaurants with good sea food. Their breakfast is also amazing. So many options and so filling. Totally worth the price.

Cons: What I didn't like is something out of the control of Hotel Oaza. It is the vindictive nature of the corporate hotel right in front of this hotel, who for no good reason (except petty richie rich entitlement) blocked the sea view of a significant aspect of this cosy hotel. But Hotel Oaza's hospitality more than makes up for the loss in the straightforward view from some of its rooms caused by the nastiness of the costlier, corporate hotel in front of it.

Cheap central accommodation, spacious room. Excellent value for money
