Pros: I often come to Budva and always choose Arka. The location is excellent and the atmosphere is pleasant, I always feel comfortable. I’m happy to come back again.

Simple review

Pros: The layout of the room is nice with a great view over Budva city. They also have a terrace on level 7, which is nice. Daily cleanup service was provided, which is a nice touch. I had breakfast included that helped to start the day, although the variety was a bit minimal.

Cons: Overall, the experience I had was nice due to the fact that I didn't spend much time other than sleeping. The doors were screaming for some oil on the hinges, and the water heater had calcar, so I didn't use it. There was some water spillage when using the shower but nothing a few towels can't solve.

We enjoyed our stay

Pros: The hotel is located walking distance from the old city and near supermarket and a mall. We booked the apartment and it was excellent for two adults and two kids. Clean and comfortable.

Cons: We wished there was a microwave. Would have make the kitchen even better.

Perfect location, large one bedroom apartment.

Pros: Perfect location just a few minutes walk from bars and restaurants. The old town is only around 10 minutes away. The one bedroom apartment is very spacious with separate bedroom, bathroom with a large shower and a large living area. There's a hob if you want to cook. There is also a kettle and fridge and cups, plates, glasses etc. It was really nice to have the extra space to sit in the lounge to relax or the dining table for food. Also a lovely balcony with views over the beach or the old town. We really enjoyed our stay.
