Pros: Location was great. Right by the sea. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Room was more than big enough.Housekeeping was good, got my roomed cleaned every other day. Restaurant was also good, I liked fish fillet a lot.

A warm, welcoming stay with outstanding service and genuine hospitality.

Pros: I would like to highlight the exceptional professionalism and kindness of every staff member at this hotel. In particular, the blonde lady with the warm, generous smile who works at the front desk and also assists during breakfast truly stood out. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile and great advice. If I ever return to the Jazz, I will definitely choose to stay here again.

Cons: I know it is a season but I believe it was too pricey stiil.

Pros: Jako lijep hotel, plaža se nalazi na dva koraka od hotela sto je savršeno za ljude koji su tu dosli da se odmore. Doručak na švedskom stolu ima širok izbor hrane i sama hrana je veoma ukusna. Sve u svemu tople preporuke i veliki pozdrav za osoblje hotela Palma Jaz!

Pros: Die Lage war nah am Strand. Parkplatz fürs Auto kostenlos, ca.150 m vom Hotel entfernt. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit; Zimmer mit Aufzug erreichbar. Das Bad und Zimmer täglich gereinigt und Abfall entsorgt. Kühlschrank vorhanden; kleiner Einkaufsladen in der Nähe.

Cons: Früchstück könnte abwechslungsreicher sein; es war ok, aber jeden Tag war immer das gleiche im Angebot. Es war ein kieselstein Strand und die Liegestühle und Sonnenschirm waren zwar kostenlos aber es war nicht für die Hotelgäste reserviert und es konnte sich jeder bedienen. Also, wer als erster kommt... Nach 2 Tage haben wir uns für den Sandstrand, ca.500 mm zu Fuss, entschieden: es war zwar kostenpflichtig aber jeden Morgen war unser Platz für uns reserviert und man war vor Ort mit Getränke,Pizza...bedient, tolles Restaurant zum Mittagessen und man konnte erst am Ende des Tages bezahlen.

Pros: Нам понравилось всё !Очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал!Вкусная еда.Тихо ,комфортно.Отличное месторасположение ,близко к пляжу,б/платные лежаки.Очень жаль,что дорого добираться из аэропорта и обратно.Vi-Fi работал отлично.
