Pros: Thanks for the hospitality to the owner of the villa, our room had a wonderful view of the mountains. The room had everything you need, but I would like a more comfortable mattress, but this is my personal preference.

Pros: I highly reccomend Villa Budvanka! We left really satisfied with our stay the apartament. The location was great, just a short walk from the beautiful Old Town and a spectacular Mogren Beach. There were also shops, restaurants and a bakary in near proximity. The apartament itself was satisfying aswell. The room was fully equipped in all the necesites like washingmashine, fridge and AC. The owner, who is very professional and always happy to help, made sure everythig was up to standards.
Cons: If I had to say something that bothered us during our stay it was that the night life of Budva could get a bit too loud. So if you like sleeping with windows open you might consider getting a pair of earplugs.

Pros: The apartment has all the utilites you need, including the very much needed ac. There is parking space provided infront of the house. Yuri was nice and polite. Eventhough is next to a busy road is during the night quiet.
Cons: The location is about 10-15 min away from the first beach by walking. Mogren beach a bit more. The way back to the apartment is steep without any shade. You have to walk some parts on the main road because there were parked cars on the sidewalk.

Pros: Room was comfortable and clean with a very nice big terrace. It has a everything you need like AC and a fridge. There was even a small bottle of wine as welcome :) Owner is nice and explains everything very well. Really great value for money.

Very friendly and welcoming owner, nice apartment in good, calm location,also with wash mashine.
Pros: Wash mashine was very valuable, overall nice place to stay, 17min walk from the old town, good location.
Cons: Sometimes was not able to use internet, looks like signal in my room was weak or to many people was using it.

Pros: Благодарим хозяина виллы Будванка Юрия за тёплый приём! Если снова приедем в Будву, то только сюда! Прекрасное местоположение! Вилла расположена не в центре города, но рядом с ним. Всё в шаговой доступности: Центральный рынок, городской пляж, прекрасный пляж Могрен, старый город, автобусная станция, а также магазины, аптеки и др. Важно учитывать, что дорога из центра города до виллы хоть и небольшая, но в некотором месте имеет маленький подъём. Для нас это не было проблемой. Проживали в улучшенных апартаментах и остались очень ими довольны. Номер достаточно просторный, с балконом (великолепный вид на горы), постельное бельё и полотенца всегда чистые. Есть небольшая кухня, стиральная машина. Уборкой номера остались довольны. С wi-fi проблем не было, работал стабильно.

Pros: Хороший власник вілли. Гарне розташування.Чудовий краєвид на терасі (фото прикріпила).
Cons: Так як номер знаходиться в полу підвальному приміщенні, то відчувається запах сирості, коли заходиш в номер. Також, інколи, мурашки були у ванній кімнаті на підлозі.

Cons: Tesise ulaşmak için bir miktar yokuş tırmanmak gerekiyor... Bu, zaman zaman bizi zorladı. Bir hafta kalmamıza rağmen temizlik, birkaç gün çöp alınması dışında yapılmadı...

Отдых в сентябре
Pros: Отдыхали 11 дней, с погодой повезло - не было ни одного дождливого дня несмотря на конец сентября. Апартаменты выбирали по соотношени ю цены и качества и не ошиблись. Довольно просторное помещение со всеми необходимыми условиями для жизни.Расположение нас также устроило: центр города и море находятся в шаговой доступности, а небольшой под'ем позволял избавиться от лишних калорий. Обслуживание организовано очень хорошо и, что не мало важно, всегда можно получить практический совет по вопросам отдыха а Будве. Юрий.
