Villa Jovana Sea View

I would happily return, ideally to one of the nicer rooms (1–3). The host is wonderful, and the location near Mogren Bea

Pros: The room was cute, and although the furniture and appliances were a bit outdated, they were well taken care of. The host, Sanya, was incredibly kind and welcoming — she even treated us to her homemade dishes a couple of times. The location is perfect: right in the center, about 10 minutes from the beach and restaurants. For us, the stairs were not a problem. Mogren Beach is also nearby, which is a big plus.

Cons: Some interiors could definitely be better. Our room (I believe it was number 4) was the least attractive one, and not as nice as the others. The small kitchen is fine for simple breakfasts, but not really suitable for proper cooking.

Brilliant location, clean rooms and friendly polite staff :)

Pros: To begin with, the location is ideal. Just a short walk to the main walking area along the coast. Walking distance to the shops, restaurants etc. A good 10-15min to the bus station but just a short drive too. The rooms are located up a flight of stairs. If you have a look on Google maps, there is a video clip demonstrating how to reach this place. The bed was comfortable, room was clean and has a quite peaceful setting. The staff are helpful, friendly and kind. Thank you for leaving some delicious treats for me :) Communication through Booking.com wasn't responded to, but they are responsive on WhatsApp. A good location and a good places to stay.

Cons: Sea view is only from the common area/shared terrace on the balcony. Not from your actual room. Perhaps a misunderstanding from myself, but worth a mention in case anyone else has any expectations :)

Unforgettable Stay with Warm and Genuine Hospitality

Pros: We had such a wonderful stay here! The owner truly puts her heart into everything she does – she welcomed us warmly and treated us with such care and attention. Every day our room was spotless, fresh and inviting. The bed was very comfortable, and we loved relaxing on the spacious balcony with its breathtaking view of the sea and the old town. The property also has a well-equipped common kitchen, which was super convenient. Everything felt fresh, clean, and thoughtfully maintained, and the room had excellent air conditioning, which made our stay even more comfortable. This place is a perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality. We can’t recommend it highly enough and would love to return!

Pros: Only positive impressions! - excellent location: close to the historical center and the beaches of Mogren - comfortable and cozy rooms with everything you need - daily cleaning and change of bed linen and towels - very nice and hospitable hostess I sincerely recommend this place. If I'm in Budva again, I'll stay here again

Pros: Everything was great, it was very close to the beach and old town. It was clean and really nice. The host was helpful and often left us sweets. We enjoyed staying here and we would recommend the accomodation.
