Pros: We liked that it is functional, clean, spacious . There is enough parking space.

Pros: Great apartments! The owners are very friendly and nice people. They solve all the problems that arise, the main thing is not to be shy and talk. The rooms have everything you need: a private bathroom with a shower and toilet, a refrigerator, bed linen, a wardrobe and a TV, a kettle. The location is also very convenient between Tivat, Kotor and Budva, which means you can quickly get to any direction. They have their own large parking lot, which is very convenient. Jaz Beach is 10 minutes by car. There is a gas station, shops nearby, there are not many places to eat, but you can find them. At first we booked for 2 days, then we wanted to stay for another 2 days and they found a room for us. We are thinking of coming again. These are the best apartments we have seen in Montenegro. If there are any places here, then feel free to come here, you will not regret it.

Fantastic Stay – Warm Hosts and Great Location!
Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were absolutely amazing, so welcoming and kind! We spent lovely evenings chatting with them, which made the stay feel even more special. They were also incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The location is perfect, close to central Budva and not far from Kotor, making it easy to explore both areas. There are plenty of restaurants, bakeries, and shops nearby, all with reasonable prices. Overall, we’re very happy with our choice and already looking forward to coming back next year!

Pros: Very welcoming hosts. Parking space in the yard. Grocery store across the street. Very close to the beach. Clean location. Each room has a bathroom + kitchen with fridge and stove. Spacious balcony. 👍👍👍
Cons: The air conditioning blows right next to the bed and has to be turned off often. The door to the room closed very hard.

Nice stay
Pros: Easy to find, very spatious apartment with own bathroom and kitchen, close to a few supermarkets. Nearest beach is 7-8 minutes away by car.
Cons: The apartment was superficially cleaned and the furniture is quite old. Everything still in good condition but it would use a renovation

Amazing and super friendly hosts!
Pros: The hosts were amazing and extremely flexible, the room was clean and tidy, with a fairly nice view! Very nice beaches are in the proximity, as well as Budva/Kotor! Right across the street is a supermarket, bakery, and coffee bar, perfect for morning coffee/breakfast!
Cons: In case you are traveling by car, this is a perfect location (proximity to Kotor/Budva/beaches Jaz/Ploce/Trsteno) and a great value for money! However, it is a bit tricky if you are dependent on public transportation! However, this has nothing to do with the hosts or the property location itself, but the non-existent public transport infrastructure in Montenegro!

Pros: They were very kind and waited even though we were late. Absolute friendliness. The guesthouse is located between Kotor and Budva, so it is easy to get around by car.
