A lovely apartment to stay with friends or as a couple

Pros: I travelled with my friend to explore Montenegro by car and we needed a base close to Kotor with a parking spot. Villa Principium is a short drive away from Kotor and is nicely located in a valley overlooking the bay. Our apartment was lovely - we had our own bathroom and a walk-in closet. Everything was clean and the place is quiet and tucked away from traffic so we slept very peacefully. The highlight of our stay was our host. He helped us out with renting a car and was happy to answer any of our questions and provide recommendations for activities. We felt very welcomed here and want to say thanks again for our stay!

Wonderful stay

Pros: Fabulous! Such a wonderful place. We loved everything : the room with balcony, the buffet breakfast, the swimming pool and mostly the kindness of our host, Zoran. A perfect stay on a hill where it is calm and peaceful.

Pros: Beautiful house with nicely designed rooms, perfect pool and a nice, attentive host. The view from the balcony of our room was breathtaking. The owner himself prepares the breakfast, and it was sooo good.

Cons: We liked everything. However, these are the things to consider. The owner has a dog and cats. If someone does not like animals, this is not the property for them. Due to the location of the property, it may be more comfortable if you are with a car.

Pros: Fabulous location away from it all so you can unwind and totally relaxed.

Cons: Quite remote and didn’t show up on GPS. Needed more instructions around location and getting supplies beforehand, especially not having a car and needing to get a taxi to find it. We were grateful to the owner taking us to the shops. A big thank you for the added service when needed.
