Pros: Firstly, our host was very pleasant and helpful, and easy to communicate with over Whatsapp. Offered to help with luggage, and suggestions for the area. The room was very clean, comfortable and modern, with a communal kitchenette, on the 2nd floor. We had a lovely balcony overlooking the wall into the beautiful old town. Close to shopping centre, supermarkets and bakeries. We really enjoyed our time at Kotor, and our very comfortable stay at Filip Deluxe rooms, and would recommend!

Pros: Great location, spacious private parking (with small fee), very spacious attic room, owner recommended nice local restaurant.

Cons: Minor point: the breakfast room is small and silent - it would be nice to have some soft background music.

Pros: The location is very good. Breakfast is nice. The room is Ok.

Cons: Having a coffee machine in the breakfast room would have been nice. We would preferred the mattress to be firmer.

Pros: The location was perfect, away from the noise of the old town but quite literally 2 minute-walk from the gates of old town. The grocery store was nearby as well. The host was very helpful and positive, gave us suggestions what to check out in the city and where the best bakeries are located. The rooms themselves are simple but very tidy and neat. Bed was VERY comfortable. Mountainview through the window was superb!

Cons: The only upgrade that comes to mind is that the host could invest in the simplest coffee maker for breakfast or even a couple of French presses so the guests don't have to drink grainy coffee in the morning. Other than that, breakfast was simple but satisfactory!

It was OK

Pros: Location….location….location. The location is very good. Walking distance to the old city and restaurants on the street near by. The breakfast was good. Matija was very helpful and try to do his best.

Cons: The bad side is No parking for the hotel so we had to park in public parking far away, which cost more on top of the accommodation fee.
