Pros: The facilities are now and the pool was an additional benefit. The garage is a bit tricky to get in and out, but it is exceptionally useful.

Perfect jem location in sunny Ulcinj

Pros: The hotel is a very nice choice to have a holiday not in the bustling city centre of Ulcinj, but still in the vicinity of the sea. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the facility is very clean. The highlight is the bathroom with great shower and hot water - which is perfect after a day on the beach :)

Pros: Modern construction and furnishings - like new, very spacious, quiet area, close to few small shops, very good internet, very neat and clean, parking available, terrace, air conditioning in both rooms. Last but not least, the freshly prepared breakfast- included in the price - was awesome. We loved fresh made pastry, especially the sweet ones 😋😋😋. The stuff was very helpful and the breakfast personnel were so sweet to prepare various things for us to make us happy. We found it was an excellent value for money and a pleasure to stay there. Thank you to the owner for offering such great conditions and serving! Please continue to the same level to make us come again 🤗

Pros: Beautiful apartment with a wonderful sea view! Everything is modern, and the beds are very comfortable. The location is great, a 3-minute drive to the city center and a 900-meter walk to the nearest beach. We went to Velica Plaza, 5 km away, a 10-minute drive. The hotel has a nice pool and delicious breakfasts. The staff are friendly and always smiling. The owner speaks very good English and is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel also has underground parking, a large grocery store, and a bakery. We will definitely be back!

Pros: We are from Montenegro,but we've decided to go far away from home and we choose Ulcinj and Hotel Square Residence for our journey. Everything went so easy,check in was so easy and quick. Girls on the reception were so nice and kind,all the staff was ready to help any minute when we need something. Guy who is working in restaurant was so friendly,kind and with smile all the time,although the breakfast restaurant was full and everyone had requests. All the staff are truly the best,loveliest and the kindest staff you will found. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Highly reccomend without any doubt!

Pros: Very polite and helpful staff. Good breakfasts - friendly and smiling young waiters. Parking space in the underground garage. Good location in a quiet neighborhood. The nearest beach is about a 10 minutes walk away, and the old town is about 20 minutes away. The return journey is a bit longer because it's uphill ;) The hotel also has an indoor pool, which is a plus on hot days. I highly recommend it!

Pros: The new, modern and clean apartments are located in a quite environment 15 min walking distance to the lively loud city center. I would book this apartment again without any doubt.
