Pros: The hospitality and cleanliness were outstanding. The breakfasts were excellent – a wide variety of fresh food every day.

Cons: The photos on Booking.com did not match the reality. In fact, the room was less appealing than expected. For example, the sink had only cold water, the air conditioner was very noisy, and the room could use a more recent renovation.

Pros: The apartments are located near to beach-200 meters, they have free parking near the apartment. The breakfast was delicious. Outside is a realy nice garden. Staff are very kind and friendly.

Cons: The apartment is small for 4 adults

Pros: The host was very friendly and welcoming, always asking us if we need anything. The breakfast was really good. It had variety of food to eat. The rooms were clean and everything seemed new. The garden was amazing, it felt so peaceful to stay there and will definitely visit again.

Pros: the owner is very kind, very helpful, always smiling and makes you want to visit again,it is rare in Ulcinj to receive such a warm welcome

Pros: The location is very near the big Ulcinj beach (couple of minutes of walk). The hosts are very kind and breakfast was delicious with the variety of sweet and savory foods. The host was available to do cleaning and change of sheets/towels whenever we needed even taking into account the hours that works best for us due to dog our dog staying in the room during the day. There is a yard and place to park the car with some facilities for children playing. And every room is having its own terrace connected with the yard. The only downside is that it can be a bit noisy during the day due to children playing if someone is looking more silent accommodation, but it was perfect for us travelling with the pet (and for the families as well). Thank you for the hospitality!

If you like to chill and relax than this is for you! Our staying here was outstanding!

Pros: Everything is brand new and super clean. You get big apartment with all you need. Outside is really nice garden with playground for kids. Parking is on site as well. Wifi works perfect. Beach is like 100 meters from here. As a Bosnian who loves food I must say that we have great breakfast as no where before, you get mixed cheese and dry meat plate, eggs, vegetables, pancakes and fruit salad. Juice, coffee, tea, milk, water etc. Staff is really polite, kind and comfortable. I would definitely recommend everyone to stay here!

Pros: Sehr hübsche familiäre Appartementanlage mit einem sehr schönen romantischen Garten mit Kinderspielplatz. Die Besitzerin und das Personal sehr nett und stets bemüht, auf Wünsche der Gäste einzugehen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist zusätzlich mit lokalen Spezialitäten ergänzt. Zum Strand nur ca. 300 Meter. Eigener Parkplatz!

Cons: Das Badezimmer ist relativ klein und keine Abtrennung von Dusche und WC, daher ist nach dem Duschen das WC nass. Nur Kaltwasser beim Waschbecken.

Ein rundum erholsamer Aufenthalt in wunderschöner Atmosphäre.

Pros: Nach dem Sonnenuntergang gingen romantische Lichter im wunderschön gepflegten Garten an, sodass man die Atmosphäre auf der Terrasse bis spät in die Nacht genießen und sich von den stressigen Tagen erholen konnte. Für Kinder ist es ideal, da das Gelände eingezäunt ist und sie ihre ganze Energie ausleben können. Auch das Frühstück war fabelhaft – es war für jeden etwas dabei. Wir bedanken uns herzlich bei den Eigentümer für das traditionelle Essen (Mish e Lakna), das extra für uns zubereitet wurde ❤️.
