Pros: The host was waiting for us even though we arrived late and was very accommodating. We loved the big backyard where our kids could play while we had a quiet morning coffee. The host and his wife were very kind, helpful. The place was cleaned every morning. Even though there was no food included, we ordered from a nearby restaurant and there are restaurants and stores nearby so this was not an issue. The beach is a 6minutes on foot which in summer, when there are big crowds can be really helpful. We stayed at a 1 bedroom apartment and had air condition in the bedroom. I think in the summer, this would cool the living room too. The apartment is in the shades of a tree. The pool was not ready yet as we went before the season but they were putting a lot of care into preparing for the guests in summer.

Perfect stay for families
Pros: The owners was always there to help, they went above and beyond to make sure myself and my family had an amazing stay. Rooms cleaned everyday, clean swimming pool and a park for children. The owner made sure we was made to feel welcome and spoke to us every day. I highly recommend staying here to anyone who is looking to go to Ulcinj. Child friendly. About a 5 minute walk from the beach. Restaurants and shops across the road from your appointment. Nothing was too much hassle for the owners which was always onsite when needed. Thank you for an amazing stay I hope to come back in the future.

Pros: Apartaments was very nice, with swimming pool 10m nearby. Owner and service was very kind and helpful. Around the place were many restaurants with delicious food (Nisi Grill best regards!)
Cons: Everything was ok, maybe some coffee machine would be useful.

Pros: Nice clean apartments with a big pool on the backyard. Good for a family with kids. Friendly staff. You need to walk about 300-400m. to reach the beach.
Cons: I think it is better to reequip the playgroud for kids as it is quite old.

We had a very nice stay and enjoyed the poolside to the fullest!
Pros: The amenities (pool) were great and that’s the main reason we booked here. The location is also very great. It’s close to a lot of restaurants (walking distance and by car) and a lot of beaches where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas, if needed. The room was okay and had everything as shown on the pictures. They bring towels and new sheets every day.
Cons: There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom No extra towels for the pool There is a picture of a tennis court on booking.com, but it’s not accurate

Absolutely stunning choice at Ulcinj-TOP.

Pros: it was a comfortable, quiet, clean place. everything was perfect... there was an owner named Ben who welcomed us very well! whatever we needed he was there ready for us. the pool was very clean, a relaxing yard..🙏🏻

Хороший вариант для простого проживания близко к пляжу
Pros: Не далеко от пляжа, хорошая ухоженная территория, прекрасный бассейн, приветливые владельцы. Большая терраса со столом и стульями, на которой приятно провести время за завтраком или ужином. Достаточно места для парковки автомобиля, по соседству различные кафе и магазины.
Cons: Окно и терраса смотрят на дорогу, от нее отделяет лишь узкая полоса газона с молодыми деревьями и невысокая ограда территории, поэтому иногда шумно. Номер большой, потолки высокие, но при этом нельзя сказать, что уютно - мебель простая и местами уставшая, в люстрах не горит половина лампочек, лампочки дают холодный белый цвет. Дверь в туалет закрывалась не с первого раза (и не со второго).
