Pros: Wunderschönes Apartment mit einer sensationellen Lage. Vom Balkon aus einen schönen Meerblick. Eine gemütliche und saubere Wohnung und keine Probleme mit Parkplätzen oder Restaurants in der nähe.

Pros: Apartament bardzo przestronny i idealnie wyposażony. Nowy budynek. Przyjemny basen.

Cons: Przez 3 dni nie działała winda. Lokalizacja zapewnia piękny widok ale z uwagi na położeniu na szczycie miasta trzeba się liczyć z ostrym podejściem po powrocie z plaży lub deptaka

Pros: L'appartement est moderne, dans une belle résidence, calme. Il est propre, bien aménagé et bien équipé. La piscine de la résidence est à disposition, la plage accessible à pied (attention il faut beaucoup descendre et aussi remonter...). Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires allemands, avec de bonnes recommandations et une bonne communication.

Cons: Le quartier n'est pas très propre mais comme l'ensemble des villes du Monténégro malheureusement...

Agréable

Pros: Appartement très moderne et joliment décoré , d’une propreté irréprochable. Très très bien équipé , comme à la maison. (Le top 1 , pour nous qui avons sillonné le Monténégro et changé une multitude de fois d’appartement) Piscine sur place et sauna . Un accueil ++++ des hôtes☺️☺️

Cons: Dommage, nous avons pas eu de chance, la piscine n’était pas accessible car problème de filtration. L’emplacement est situé sur les hauteurs, donc difficile d’aller à la plage à pied .

Отличного качества апартаменты с очень хорошим и свежим ремонтом.

Pros: В апартаментах было очень чисто - отлично убрано! Понравился очень хороший ремонт, хорошие столовые приборы - всё чистое и свежее! На территории апартаментов есть отличные бассейн и сауна.

Cons: Если нужны постоянные прогулки к морю, то локация довольно сложная - тяжелый подъём в гору. До моря можно спуститься за 10 минут, но путь вверх с детьми может занять 30-40 минут :(

Tolle Woche in Ulcinj

Pros: Super moderne Einrichtung. Sehr stylisch. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler vorhanden, macht den Urlaub angenehmer. Pool am Objekt sehr gepflegt. Alles ordentlich und modern. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Netter Empfang der Gastgeber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Cons: Der Weg an die Strandpromenade ist etwas mühsam, ein steiler Hang führt hinunter, als Abkürzung gut geeignet. Jedoch ist man auch gut außer Puste 😀 (Keine Kritik!)
