Pros: The staff was kind and helpful. Wonderful people that made us feel very welcome. The hotel is cozy and the pool is really good. The breakfast was amazing and it's on the rooftop with an incredible view. Highly recommended

Cons: The location was a bit far off the centre, more than expected, if you don't have a car it might be a bit complicated to get there

Pros: we passed 5 days with my girlfirend there, the hotel is very organized, they cleaned our room everyday, the zone of pool and spa is very nice we passed a lot of time there, the staff very kind, they helped us in everything.

Cons: the hotel is in a mountain definitly not for a person without mobility, the breakfast was the same everyday, anyways was tasty

Pros: The view from room window was incredible. Coffee drunk in rooftop restaurant was delicious. The host is nice and cheerful man. All the hotel stuff was great and super.

Pros: Everything was fabulous, amazing staff and facilities, absolutely stunning service, friendly staff. The receptionist Grisi, the cleaner Monda and the owner Mister Asllan were without a doubt some of the most wonderful people we’ve ever met. Simply incredible people that did everything for us to have such a great time. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much. We will definitely come back, and we can’t wait for that! You guys are the best ❤️❤️❤️

Pros: The staff was too friendly. In general everything was good. They gave us the opportunity to stay after check out to the pool area and we are grateful.

Cons: Something I didn’t like is the fact that for breakfast the water was with payment.

Pros: The outdoor area was great! Also the staff was very attending and making effort to communicate even tho some language problems.

Pros: Honestly I did feel like we are at our own holiday villa.The owner makes us feel so welcome and as part as the family. He is a sweetheart and he’s staff one of the most cheerful I ever met. I liked every second we spent there and we definitely gonna visit them again 😊

Cons: I wasn’t there to make a fuss so I wouldn’t change much but if they feel the need for some improvement has a lot of potential
