Amazing stay right on the beach in the most scenic spot

Pros: Amazing location, on the beach, in one of the most scenic spots of Montenegro, with a nice (but not very large) terrace, shadowed by a tree; good aircon, and wifi, a lot of space for 2 people (but may host 4), the host is living in the same building and she is super nice and easy. Several nice restaurants nearby, coastal walks, very clean water and not overcrowded (mid-September)

Cons: Not suitable for people with reduced mobility or a lot of heavy luggage - a lot of stairs to reach the flat from the nearest parking place. The terrase is great, but the neighbours from no. 2 may occasionally pass through your terrase on the way to their appartement (not a big deal, really).

Lovely apartment- ac fab, hot water and beautiful views

Pros: Great size apartment- with a beautiful view and direct access to the beach. Alexandra was very helpful with recommendations for activities and places to eat.

Cons: Access to the beach was down some very steep steps , which stopped then you need to climb down a bit of a slippery stone mound

Idyllic short stay

Pros: This stay was next level! Alexandra is a great host & came to meet us at a nearby hotel to guide us to the apartment. We had the green apartment, which was beautiful & well thought out for tourists. We self catered, for which the kitchen area was perfectly adequate. The patio area was glorious, we ate every meal there. The sea in August was warm enough to swim for hours & the previous guests had left inflatables that we had a lot of fun with. Sveti Stefan is stunning & small enough to explore on foot.

Gorgeous Panorama

Pros: The apartment is amazing. Spacious, comfortable and well-stocked. The rock stairs lead you directly to the beach. The building is the only one that has a lush greenery around and every apartment at the ground floor has its own garden with a gorgeous panoramic view of the beach and the Sveti Stefan Isle. Furthermore, Aleksandra is a perfect host, very kind and helpful and discreet at the same time.

Cons: There are a lot of stairs to reach the apartment from the street and no lift so you need to consider that before booking. We didn't have any problems (except our laziness :D ) but it could be a limit. The road is very narrow and there's no parking so it's important to reserve a parking space.

Great location, perfectly formed apartment, fab host.

Pros: Beautiful location; great to be able to hear the sea as we slept. The apartment was small but perfectly formed; everything we needed was there. Aleksandra is fabulous; friendly, kind and helpful. The courtyard was a private and lovely and a quick swim in the sea was literally steps away. Buses are close by and there is a well stocked shop just a few minutes walk away.

Cons: Some of the fixtures and fittings were a bit wibbly; everything worked but sometimes felt a tiny but precarious. There are a lot of steps and parking is really hard (and expensive) but that is an issue with Sveti Stefan rather than the apartment.

Pros: Great apartment and very helpful host - we can highly recommend Apartments Zezelj!

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at the apartment! The location is perfect - right on the beachfront with a nice view and direct access to the beach. The terrace was ideal for relaxing, whether enjoying morning coffee or watching the sunset. The apartment itself was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What really made our stay special was the host Aleksandra - so kind and helpful if we need anything. We stayed for 5 nights but wished we could have stayed longer!

We changed three apartments in Sveti Stefan and this one is the best of the best!

Pros: Everything was perfect! Clean and comfortable, well equipped. The owner is very hospitable! We really enjoyed our stay here!

It was amazing

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is perfect — on the beach and close to shops, restaurants. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always quick to respond to our questions. The apartment also had a beautiful view of Sveti Stefan and a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The sea was crystal clear and perfect for swimming. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Pros: No words can truly describe Zezelj or Alexandra. We spent a week here with our two-year-old daughter and felt incredibly comfortable the entire time. Alexandra is a talented, hardworking, and multi-skilled woman — and her warmth and sincerity are truly captivating. The rooms are spacious, and access to the sea is very easy. Inside the apartment, everything you need to feel at home is available — from an iron and a safe to a washing machine and a dishwasher. Thanks to Alexandra’s attention to detail and cleanliness, the sheets and towels smelled amazing. The surroundings and the view are simply breathtaking. It’s a perfect place for couples and families with children — clean, cozy, and peaceful. And if you ever need anything extra, Alexandra magically makes it happen :) We sincerely congratulate her for being such a wonderful host and for running a truly exceptional place. As a family, we are already looking forward to coming back for our next vacation.

Cons: Everything about the place and the accommodation was perfect, but due to the nature of the location, the stairs were a bit tiring.
