Pros: The house is located a bit outside the city center. However, there's a bus stop in front of it. There's a large supermarket nearby. It has its own parking lot. The living room and one of the rooms have air conditioning. The entire house looks ready to be lived in.

I would highly recommend this apartment.
Pros: There was even dishwasher capsules as well as laundry detergent in the apartment. This was really handy. The apartment was clean and well equipped.
Cons: No complaints.

Once you know where is it - is a great place to stay. Would surely book again.
Pros: Very nice place - new building, two elevators, closed parking, nice and cozy apartment. Very good wifi. Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom. Washing machine available. Good AC. Great location for someone traveling by plane. Very clean. Very nice and helpful owner.
Cons: It was quite difficult to find the apartment. I couldn't contact the owner by phone, no info in reservation on apartment number, so I was trying to get some info from random people leaving in the building. After 30 mins I finally found it. Quite stressful.

Modern and pretty apartment with mountain view
Pros: Big and comfortable apartment with pretty modern design and mountain view in the apartment house with elevator and parking. Excellent for family or two couples.
Cons: It would be useful to fix the non-functioning lamps. Everything else is there.

Good for short stay in Podgorica
Pros: We picked this apartment to remain close to the airport and not too far from the city center, and it fulfilled the purpose. Good restaurants and grocery possibilities are within walking distance. Very helpful and friendly owner.
Cons: Key handover was done in person. Due to internet unavailability and car driving, keeping track of communication with the owner was not smooth.

A peaceful, modern and beautiful apartment.
Pros: The apartment is brand new with carefully planned decor and outstanding hygiene that elevated my stay in Podgorica. The hosts were exceptionally warm and welcoming with even offering advice on the best tourist destination within the city. Our effort to explore the city was definitely enhanced by the amazing location of this apartment - being so close to the town centre. After a long day of walking and exploring the beautiful city, my night would end by sitting on the beautiful and spacious balcony. The apartment offers amazing Wi Fi, air con and accessibly parking. For anyone visiting Podgorica, i whole heartedly recommend staying here.

Pros: Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der netten Vermieterin empfangen. Das Apartment befindet sich im 5. Stock eines gepflegten Wohnblocks, es gibt zwei Aufzüge und ausreichend kostenlose Parkmöglicheiten. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Wohn-Esszimmer mit offener Küche. Das Mobiliar ist zwar nicht auf dem modernsten Stand, doch es war alles sehr sauber und funktionsfähig. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, es gibt viele Ablageflächen und Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen von Kleidung. Das TV-Gerät hat einen Amazon Prime Zugang. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt, Restaurants und kleine Supermärkte sind in Laufnähe. Insgesamt ist es, wenn man keinen Luxus erwartet, eine super Unterkunft.
Cons: Eine Kaffeemaschine wäre nicht schlecht.

Pros: Apartman je jako dobro opremljen. Smješten je na par minuta hoda nogometnih terena Stari Aerodrom u Podgorici i vrlo blizu centra grada. Vlasnica apartmana nas je ljubazno dočekala i otpratila.
Cons: Sve je bilo odlično.

Pros: Apartman je predivan! Prostran je jako, dnevni boravak veliki, svijetao, terasa odlična za ispijanje jutarnje kafice 😊 Kuhinja je potpuno funkcionalna, imate bukvalno sve što vam može zatrebati. Dvije spavaće sobe s udobnim ležajevima, milina! Kupatilo opremljeno, također imate sve, veš mašina, fen za kosu... Apartman je odlično klimatihovan. Hodnik prostran, sa mnogo prostora za odlaganje obuće i odjeće. Higijena na zavidnom nivou, lokacija perfektna! Zaista svaka preporuka, cijena je neuobičajeno niska za ono što dobijate. Putujem svakodnevno zbog posla, boravila sam u stotinjak apartmana, ovo je definitivno najbolji u kojem sam bila.
