We would come again for sure!
Pros: It was really near the beach. Since we were there with a baby, it was very important for us to have short distance to the beach(es). It has elevator and a swimming pool that we could use. The sea view was awesome. The apartment has fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine, that made our stay with a baby a lot easier. 🙂 The owner let us check in one hour earlier.
Cons: It was not very clean - what the apartment really needs is a vacuum cleaner, the mop is not enough. :(

Well-equipped apartment in an excellent location
Pros: A new and well-equipped apartment with everything you might need for a comfortable stay: two fridges, a washing machine, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, etc. The staff was responsive to all our queries and requests. The location is excellent, it's just a couple of minutes away from the beach with lots of restaurants, shops and entertainment. It is also a short 15-20 minutes from Budva, a major urban area and a tourist attraction.
Cons: Nothing to mention.

Very nice
Pros: Clean, approximate to beach, good communication with owners, very nice atmosphere of the flat and a nice balcony view
Cons: - It takes a long time to check in- at 15h. It would be good to improve this (12h optimal time to check in). - Pool could have a shallower entrance section for a non-swimmer - it’s deep all around. Also, pool was closed for 2 days due to cleaning - Beachside was private all around Rafailovic - could not find a place to hard to find a place to put towels. Deck chairs on the private beach are 20 EUR, towels cannot be placed next to the deck chairs, i.e. for two people, you have to allocate 40e per day for subbed. Suggestion: owners of the facility should provide part of the beach for visitors, where they can spread out towels without having to rent sunbed

Good flat, very close to beach
Pros: Great new flat. There is everything you need, all new and clean. Very close to the beach. There is a small swimming pool at the territory of the building, clean but water is a bit chill. There is an elevator. The view from the balcony is nice, looks at mountains but there is a construction just in front of the building which spoils a view a bit. There was no noise as all construction works are stopped for summer. A grocery store is just several minutes away from building
Cons: All good. Sometimes communication with the owner was a bit slower but not a big issue

Pros: Красивый новый дом, расположен очень близко к морю. Сама квартира маленькая, но со свежим стильным ремонтом, в которой есть всё что нужно. Вид с балкона на море и горы. До пляжа и до супермаркета идти пару минут.

Pros: Smeštaj je na idealnoj lokaciji, sve pohvale za udobnost i prijatnost. Vratićemo se opet! 😊
Cons: Sve je bilo u najboljem redu. Nemamo šta izdvojiti kao negativno.

Pros: расположение, наличие балкона, стиральная машина, кухонная зона, кондиционер
Cons: плохой холодильник, нулевая звукоизоляция, интернет отключился за день до отьезда (предложили поменять, но мы уже не нуждались), балкон выходит на стройку, европейский способ ходьбы по полу в обуви

Pros: Lokacija je odlična, plaža i market za snabdevanje preko puta, nameštaj u apartmanu nov...postoji želja od vlasnika da pomogne ali je potrebno strpljenje
Cons: Potrebno je biti oprezan da li je apartman privatan ili je u vlasništvu Casa Al Mare. Privatan apartman opuštena varijanta, nama zamene posteljine i peškira kao ni eventualnog čišćenja, internet loš a TV je moguće koristiti uz pomoć aplikacija na koje ste preplaćeni, lični nalozi, konkretno samo NETFLIX i YouTube. Na prozoru i balkonskim vratima je zavesa i prvim suncem računajte na buđenje....evidentno je da fali održavanje u kontinuitetu....

Идеально подошло во всем
Pros: Очень отзывчивый хозяин Были вопросы не связанные с жильем на что он помог и объяснил )) Редко такое встретишь Все необходимое присутствует в апартаментах Мы очень довольны! От посуды до мыльных принадлежностей! Никто не шумел было тихо, до пляжа 2 мин удобно С балкона очень красивый вид. Спасибо большое вам
