Pros: Warm welcome from host. Traditional, rustic property. Had all amenities, including washing machine. Just 2 minutes walk from Old Town North Gate. Bakery and supermarket also two minutes walk. Old Town is beautiful with many restaurants and bars. Would stay here again.

Functional apartment in great location with free parking

Pros: The location of Ana Apartments cannot be beaten - about a 3 minute walk to Kotor Old Town. If you have a car parking is horrendously difficult in Kotor generally so the free parking is a wonderful faciltiy. The road congestion around Kotor is dreadful so it was a relief to arrive and park and then go everywhere on foot. Nikola was friendly and helpful on arrival and the compact apartment (ours was up a flight of stairs) is clean. The weather was cool and rainy during our stay so it was good to be able to heat the apartment. The apartment is simply furnished but good value given the price point.

Cons: Small bedroom with the bed against a wall and a tiny low beside table. The seating in the living room is a bit tired and could do with an update. The apartment is basic and ok for a day or two but it's the location and parking that elevates this accommodation's rating.

Everything was nice.

Pros: The hosts were very kind and friendly. They thought every single detail in the house. They gave us very useful suggestions about the activities in the city.

Pros: Nikola was very friendly and welcoming! He also gave us some great recommendations for during our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed and was in the perfect location! It was also so helpful that there was parking available too. Hopefully we will be back soon!

Cons: The aircon in the lounge was great but bedroom could still feel a little warm

Pros: The hosts were absolutely fantastic – warm, helpful, and genuinely caring. The location is brilliant, just a short walk from the old town of Kotor. The apartment had everything we needed and offered great value for the price.

Cons: Nothing really negative – just to be clear: if you're expecting a high-end, 5-star luxury apartment, this isn’t that. But for the price, it exceeded expectations.

Good Location and Excellent Hosts

Pros: The hosts, Nikola and his mum were both helpful and lovely. The thick stone walls and air conditioning was welcome in the extreme heat. The bed was comfortable too. Nikola arranged our taxi to the airport.

Cons: There was only one knife in the cutlery drawer. Other than that no complaints.

Excellent room in a great location. Very friendly host.

Pros: Excellent location in close proximity to the old town north gate. Very good views of Kotor fortress and surrounding mountain ranges. Nikola and his family were very accommodating, and easy to communicate with. The room itself was perfectly sized for 2 people, and well equipped.

Lovely place for a few days in the area

Pros: Nikola met us to show where to park and then showed us the apartment as well as providing suggestions for things to do and places to eat - much appreciated. We had an early tour on our checkout day and Nikola was very flexible in allowing us to leave our car parked until we returned after noon. Thank you
