Tea apartments

Pros: Maybe the best location for the price you can get it Kotor (which is a little expensive in general owing to its tourism value). Dragan was very helpful and the room was great. Comfortable beds and great views of the fortress and old town. Would stay again!

Cons: The kitchen was pretty bare minimum but perfectly functional and we made it work

Pros: Quiet place. Next to a lemon tree. Two steps from old town and supermarkets.

Cons: AC was not very good at warming. There was not much space in the kitchen to work with.

Superb location

Pros: Friendly and helpful owner. Properly located within 100m of the Old Town. Value fryer money.

Good quality budget accommodation

Pros: Room compact but held everything you need-very clean. Lovely comfortable memory foam mattress & pillows-bathroom looked newly tiled . Good quality budget accommodation in excellent location

Cons: Walk up to the property was up a broken steep hill. Outside not so nice but it didn’t bother us. Enjoyed our stay

Pros: Lovely apartment in great location in Kotor. It was close walking distance to supermarkets, the old town and also the beach. The host was also helpful in providing information about the apartment location before the trip to make sure check in was smooth.

Pros: This was a great location, a 5 minute walk out of old town so you were super close but not in a super busy area. There was everything that we needed, a kettle, stove top and fridge as well as a bathroom attached. The host was super nice and was flexible with when we paid and helped us sort of the tourist registration tax. Would definitely reccommend!

Excellent location for great price

Pros: A really nice little room for your time in Kotor. You could NOT get a more perfect location, tucked just outside the old town so it’s less than 5 minute walk but you miss all the noise by being a block behind so it’s very peaceful and quiet in the apartments. It was nice to have a cook stove with pots/pans etc and towels. Super affordable price specifically for the location since Kotor has gotten quite expensive and the old town itself can be pricey.

Cons: However a small issue for us that I think needs attention is rubbish collection. We stayed here for 5 days and not once was rubbish collected from our room which I think is a bit unsanitary and not very nice, especially since you can’t flush toilet paper here. Also no fresh towels/toilet paper were provided within that time. Lastly, there was only the thinnest blanket and flat sheet provided so if you get cold I would bring something extra to sleep with.

Relaxing stay very close to Kotor old town

Pros: Great apartment within easy reach of the old town, and a bakery just around the corner. Host was very welcoming. Comfortable bed and even outdoor space to relax in

Cons: WiFi was slightly patchy

Pros: Perfect location, just outside the old town. It’s very quiet, there is a gazebo in the garden.

Cons: The shower was randomly switching to cold water.

Fantastic all round

Pros: Very clean . Comfortable bed . Was given an upgrade to 1bedroom flat which was very kind of the owner. Really good communication. Perfect location right beside the old town 2 minute walk but far enough that it was really quiet. Lovely view from garden. Would definitely stay again. Excellent value for money. Cosy and warm

Cons: Nothing. Good all round.
