Pros: It was really one of my best stays at a guest house! the view from the house, its spaciousness, and its excellent location really made it special. Natasa and Miro also were very kind and generous hosts!
Cons: For some people, the little hill on the way to the house and a steep driveway could be an issue, but it was not at all for us.

Great apartment for a longer stay in Kotor
Pros: The apartment is fully furnished with everything you might need, it has a cozy living room aside from the 2 bedrooms. The host waited for us for the check-in and he had already started the air conditioning, so the house was cool. We had parking in the garden. There is a small terrace where you can relax for the morning coffee. They also gave us cake during our stay which was delicious!
Cons: The shower is missing a shower curtain & a support for the shower head, that would totally improve the experience!

Great location and lovely accommodation
Pros: Superb location - a few mins walk to the old town. Really lovely hosts and the accommodation was perfect for our needs, one large double and a twin bedroom with air conditioning and plenty of outdoor seating space.
Cons: The only down point of the property is that the shower requires you to sit in the bath to use it as there is no curtain / screen nor is there anywhere high up to hook the shower. Not a massive problem at all but worth knowing

Nice and sporty
Pros: Scheduled arrival with the owner. Met with the husband of the owner at the property. He helped with entering the parking lot, hoisting up the luggage. He gave us the keys and the code to the lock box. He even turned on the air conditioning in advance. The property is well equipped and located few minutes of walk from the old city of Kotor, speed boat tour agencies and the local shopping center. Really nice atmosphere of the house and its veranda and yard. The owner is a local tourist guide and she is full of knowledge about the old city and its history. She is a good host and an intellectual person.
Cons: The entrance to the parking lot of the house is on the top of a very steep hill. Furthermore, it is very narrow and one should be aware a regular sedan or smaller can enter or exit. From the parking lot to the door of the property there is an additional steep flight of ca. 20 stairs. In summary, one needs to be in good shape to walk in from the city level to the property (for worst or for best). The air conditioning unit is located in the kitchen. There is no direct air conditioning in the bedrooms. So to keep the temperature descent in the bedrooms one must \

Perfect location to stay while visiting Kotor.
Pros: The location of the accommodation was perfect for visiting Kotor, overlooking the city and less than 5 minutes from the River Gate entrance to this beautiful city. The apartment had everything we needed. The owner was very obliging allowing us to leave our car after checkout so we could visit the city before we drove off to our next destination
Cons: Nothing. All was fine.

Amazing October holiday in Kotor
Pros: - The location is fantastic: 1-2 minutes of walking distance to old town, the path to climb the mountain (for free) is just down the hill, few nice restaurants nearby, shopping mall, bakery, Kotor beach in 5-7 minutes of walking distance. It was great to swim even in the 2nd half of October, the water was warm. - Quite spacious: 2 bedrooms + 1 living room, was perfect to fit 4 people. Well-equipped kitchen, nice terrace with panoramic views, was a pleasure to have lunch there. - The host was very helpful and friendly, also let us check-in few hours earlier as we had our flight early in the morning.
Cons: - the villa is located on the hill, you would need to climb up a bit, 20-30 seconds. For my 77-years old granny was not a problem, I think for most of you also wouldn’t be. - it would be great to sharpen the knives, once I cut a salad I seriously cut my finger and it caused some inconvenience
