Lovely Apartment

Pros: It’s a big very clean apartment with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and an amazingly big balcony with great views. About half a mile walk to the old town along the prom and the main road. There’s several restaurants really close by too. It’s up several steps but you wouldn’t get the views any lower down! Really lovely host who left us a bottle of wine and kept in touch during our stay. There isn’t a walk in shower, it’s over the bath but this wasn’t an issue. The only thing I did find odd was I had no bedside lamp in my room! I would definitely stay again if I visited Kotor it really is a lovely apartment.

Pros: Well furnished large 2-bedroom apartment at first line to the sea with nice sea view terrace. Real location is ~400 meters to Kamelija shopping center, ~750 meters to the old city center of Kotor. Nothing to say more, a bottle of wine included from host :) Thanks, Ivan!

Cons: The price.. but it worth it ;) Warning for people with limited mobility - to get to the apartment you have to go up the stairs, approximately to the 3rd floor.

Pros: This water-view apartment is perfectly located just steps from Kotor Old Town. It’s on the 3rd floor, very spacious, and has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, truly the best deal in the area. Everything is within walking distance, including great restaurants and shops. Be sure to try Moments and Platanus nearby! The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the host is absolutely amazing, kind, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. Highly recommend!

Upea tilava asunto isolla parvekkeella ja merinäköalalla

Pros: Asunto oli fantastinen! Se vastasi kuvaustaan ja oli jopa parempi kuin odotimme. Asunnossa oli hyvin varusteltu keittiö ja tilavat oleskelutilat. Ilmastointi oli tarjolla sekä oleskelutilassa että päämakuuhuoneessa. Kylppärissä oli jacuzzi-kylpyamme ja talo tarjosi sekä shampoot että suihkusaippuat. Pisteenä iin päälle asunnossa oli iso parveke todella upealla merinäköalalla. Isäntämme Ivan oli erittäin avullias ja auttoi vene- ja taksimatkojen järjestelyissä erinomaisella englannillaan. Jos asunnosta hakemalla hakee jotain miinusta, niin se ei sovellu liikuntarajoitteisille korkeiden portaiden vuoksi. Muuten asunnon sijainti oli vallan mainio - Lyhyt kävelymatka vanhaan kaupunkiin ja rannan ravintoloihin. Asunto sijaitsee rauhallisessa paikassa, jossa esimerkiksi liikenteen melu ei häiritse ollenkaan.

Very nice Bay-view apartment right on the water and just a few minutes walk to old town

Pros: The Bay of Kotor was just across the street and we had a wonderful view of the Bay from the balcony of the unit. We also had a washing machine in the unit, and the unit was just a few minutes walk from old town Kotor. Finally, host was very responsive to the few issues we raised.

Cons: The back bedroom was hot and the coolness from the AC didn't reach it well. We asked if we could perhaps get a fan for the room, which the host provided, but then we couldn't find an outlet in the room to plug it into. The back bedroom also didn't have a topsheet, though when we ask for one they gave us two twin sheets we could use for it.

Beautiful apartment 15 minutes walk along the Kotor bay to the old town. Lots of restaurants right by the apartment.

Pros: The location of the property is really good. The views of the Kotor bay from the balcony and the living room are amazing. The apartment is very spacious and has air conditioning.

Cons: There is no standing shower in the bathroom. Also, parking is street parking and very difficult to find. Also, the apartment is on third floor and requires to climb stairs to get to the apartment. Beds didn’t have any blankets.
