Beautiful and tranquil property in Kotor

Pros: Beautiful and quiet apartment with lovely view of the bay from balcony.

Cons: It was wonderful for me, I loved it. If you have mobility problems- the mezzanine steps and restricted headroom in bedroom may be of concern.

Would love to stay here again

Pros: We liked absolutely everything! I think it’s the best option you can find in Kotor. It’s very conveniently located - close to the beach, the old town, the supermarket and the bus stop. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay - the owner and the manager have thought about everything for you. The view is fantastic. The apartment itself is cozy, beautifully decorated. We had some questions and the hosted was always in touch and helped with everything. I would recommend this apartment to all my friends

Cons: In November the floor was a bit cold and I had some issues with the hot water in shower - it didn’t stay hot for a long time.

Pros: Right in front of the beach. Close to the old town. Furnitures very clean. Highly recommend this place.

Cons: Bed is stiff. Might have been one of the most stiff beds bkt I don't care too much about it so for me personally was fine. No elavator and you have to walk up 4 stories.Having said this, merits supercede rather minor demerits.

Awesome stay in Kotor.

Pros: Great property. Amazing view and the apartment was so clean with so many brill amenities including a washing machine which was super handy. Nice shower and get balcony with a beach across the way making it the perfect spot to mosey over for a swim before the short walk in to the old town area. The host was very responsive also as we had a small issue which was resolved promptly.

Cons: The bed was a little too hard for my personal liking.

A wonderful stay with beautiful views and a perfect location!

Pros: The place is amazing with a stunning view! You can sit on the balcony forever and enjoy it. The location is perfect - just a 10-15 minute walk to Kotor Old Town, which is very convenient. The apartment is new and very cozy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Cons: A small downside is that there’s no dedicated parking space at the property. You need to park on the free public parking nearby, and if you arrive during the high season and during the day, it might be difficult to find a spot.

Beautiful

Pros: Amazing location, host is very responsive and answered all our questions, even spoke to the taxi driver to help locate property. It has an amazing view, even from the side apartment that we had.

Cons: No real negatives to note

Pros: I had a fantastic stay in this stylish, modern flat. The sea view is absolutely breathtaking. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Great location too — peaceful, yet close to shops and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Great time had in Kotor

Pros: Great location. Nice to be in a quieter location next to the beach with great views. Only 10 minute walk from the old town and 15 minutes from the bus station. The apartment was fabulous. Super clean and comfortable. We loved the balcony. Host very responsive.

Cons: It would have been helpful to know about the tourist registration process in advance. A previous host had taken photos of our passports and registered us, we were therefore a little surprised to have to go to an office to do it. It's not a problem, the frustration comes from spending holiday time having these kind of conversations which I'm sure the host is also bored of.

Best location in Kotor.

Pros: The view from the balcony, closeness to the beach and a very nice restaurant/bar Very clean apartment with a good shower and washing machine. I read one review that said the view from the number 1 apartment was better, number 2 (the maisonette) has a great view of the bay and also the mountain above the old town which is lit up at night.
