Absolutely loved it, close to Kotor old town could walk in 10 mins.

Pros: Perfect location lovely and quiet near the beach, the owners were just lovely, gave us watermelon and icecream cake. The beach at the front was lovely to swim in and the restaurant 99 had great food and coffee. There's a Yiros place close by that has the best yiros under €10

Cons: Had to hang a sarong on the door window at night as I slept on the sofa bed the door didn't have a blind

Homely apartment in great location

Pros: Great location, calm, close to both city centre and Kotor beach. Lots of facilities, washing machine was useful! Hosts were friendly. Homely feel.

Cons: Furnishing a bit cluttered and not the most modern, although it does look like the pictures. Towels had a faint smell of the chlorinated water…

Pros: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, bardzo blisko plaży, starego miasta,knajpek i restauracji.Mieszkanie wyposażone we wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy.Są też materace plażowe.Bezproblemowe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie.Polecam.

Overall, not to bad, but maybe a bit more authentic that we expected.

Pros: Location is great! Close to Kotor old town and the beach. Apartment is small but functional and has everything that is needed. You can see the bay right from the door.

Cons: Reserved parking is certainly a plus, but like others said it’s pretty challenging to park in there if you don’t used to narrow roads and tight spots (but perhaps it could be okay by the local standards). When we arrived, our spot was taken by a neighbor and the host was out of reach to sort this out. Luckily, we were quickly able to find the neighbor and he moved his car. During the rain, the sewer smell gets to the restroom (and around) and it’s pretty bad. You want to make sure to cover the drains. The set of bed sheets for the sofa in a living room had a pretty bad smell (I hope it was just due to humidity and not from the previous guests)

Beste Lage für Kotor

Pros: Super Lage und top Ausstattung der Wohnung. Bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht. Es fehlte an nichts. Ivan, als Host, war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat uns noch eine Bootstour zum Blue Cave vermittelt.

Cons: Die Lage der Wohnung wird bei Google jedoch falsch angezeigt. Wir mussten suchen bis wir die Unterkunft gefunden haben. Im Endeffekt muss man vor dem Bonita 99 die Straße rein und auf der linken Seite dann einem kleinen Weg folgen, der zum Haus in der zweiten Reihe führt. Für größere Autos ist der Parkplatz aufgrund des schmalen Weges nicht erreichbar. Wir haben unseres unten an der Straße stehen lassen.

Pros: Il proprietario è stato gentile e disponibile. Nella casa si trova tutto il necessario. Facilmente raggiungibile, la posizione è buona a pochi passi dal centro. Ideale per chi viaggia in auto.

Cons: Basterebbe poco per renderlo un buon posto. Ristrutturato potrebbe valere la cifra richiesta.

Pros: Ev ilandaki gibi olup , ev sahibi telefonla yardımını eksik etmedi , konumu süper , kotor old town yürüme mesafesi , kotor beach yürüme mesafesi, güneşte yanarım diyorsaniz şezlonglu beache girmeye gerek yok , plajda arkanızda hemen fırın var , az ilerde Voli market , uygun , âvm icindeki aroma market daha da uygun. Tercih edilir bir konum ve ev.👍
